I had a great stay ! This location and the loft were perfect
We were in Denver for close to a month to

We were in Denver for close to a month to help our daughter get settled into Uni. Our long stay at the condo was awesome, the location was convenient, within walking distance to many places including CU Denver, Union Station, Whole Foods etc, We enjoyed the evening walks along the Platte River trails and the nearby parks. The facilities at the condo were exceptional, it was home away from home, everything we needed was available. The host was also very responsive about everything. There is of course quite a lot of noise in the evenings due to the proximity to the busy Wewatta street. However, the beauty of the condo overshadowed the noise level, it was fun to sit on the balcony in the evenings and enjoy the street view. My family and I would definitely seek to stay at the Condo on our next visit to Denver.

The location is very convenient and the apartment is spacious stocked with all of the things needed for daily life. Simple things like any type of containers for leftovers are often nonexistent in other places I’ve stayed.

The condo looks just like the pictures

The condo looks just like the pictures. It is spacious, comfortable and simply furnished. Plenty of storage space, cleaning and laundry supplies, lots of dishes, glasses, silverware and pots for cooking. There were baking sheets, but no baking pans and the cooking utensils were limited.
The location is very convenient to Union Station, Whole Foods, Cherry Creek and Platte River trails and the parks. The condo faces Wewatta Street which is busy and has a lot of traffic noise especially at night.
Floors and windows were dirty upon arrival. The Host did re-clean those specific areas and it was better, but we did more extra cleaning than should have been necessary.
Multiple issues with the Lock Box upon arrival and during our stay. Some small maintenance issues.
Host responded quickly to questions and problems during our stay but were not proactive about a new Lock Box and code.

To access your designated parking spot, use the unit key fob or garage door opener. The entrance to the parking garage is on Delgany St, not on Wewatta St. For more details, please review your property guidebook, you'll receive the link prior to your check-in date.
The unit is currently cooled by a window AC unit. The central Air Conditioning is broken being replaced in Summer of 2024.
