The condo looks just like the pictures
The location is very convenient to Union Station, Whole Foods, Cherry Creek and Platte River trails and the parks. The condo faces Wewatta Street which is busy and has a lot of traffic noise especially at night.
Floors and windows were dirty upon arrival. The Host did re-clean those specific areas and it was better, but we did more extra cleaning than should have been necessary.
Multiple issues with the Lock Box upon arrival and during our stay. Some small maintenance issues.
Host responded quickly to questions and problems during our stay but were not proactive about a new Lock Box and code.

Space
Sleeping arrangements
The open bedroom centers on a king bed with crisp linens and plush pillows, offering restful nights. A twin trundle bed in the living area provides space for an additional guest, bringing the total capacity to three. Bedside lamps, dresser, and closet ensure comfort and storage throughout your stay.
Bathrooms
The ensuite bath features dual vanities, a deep soaking tub, a separate walk-in shower, and a private water closet. An additional half bath near the entry adds extra convenience for shared stays.
Kitchen & dining
Stainless steel appliances, oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, and drip coffee maker make preparing meals effortless. Cooking basics like pots, pans, oil, salt, and pepper are provided, along with dishes, silverware, and wine glasses. Share meals at the six-seat dining table or enjoy casual bites at the bar top.
Living & work
The open living area includes a sofa, smart TV, and sound system for relaxation. A dedicated workspace with Wi-Fi and desk allows you to stay productive, and the washer, dryer, and ironing amenities make longer stays seamless. Ceiling fans provide airflow, and heating keeps the loft comfortable in cooler months.
Outdoor living & facilities
Enjoy fresh air and city views from the private balcony with outdoor furniture. Guests have access to the building’s gym equipped with cardio machines, free weights, and strength equipment. Reserved covered parking on site fits vehicles up to 6′7″ in height, with paid parking options also available. An elevator ensures easy access to the unit.

The loft is equipped with a smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, fire extinguisher, and first aid kit. Towels, bed linens, extra pillows, blankets, and room-darkening shades are provided. Cleaning products, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and shower gel are stocked for your use.

Located in the Union Station district, the loft places you within walking distance of the Museum of Contemporary Art, Ball Arena, Coors Field, and the 16th Street Mall. Larimer Square, Denver’s Performing Arts Complex, and countless restaurants and bars are nearby. Notes

The unit is currently cooled by a window AC unit. The central Air Conditioning is broken being replaced in Summer of 2024.
