House was great for our family. We used the kitchen to make breakfast on multiple mornings. Everyone enjoyed the hot tub. The only downsides were some puncture vine(goat heads) in back yard that kids would track into house on shoes and was a little difficult pulling into and out on the street. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would use again if we are in the area.

Clean home, definitely suited our needs. We appreciated the enclosed backyard for our kids to play and our dog to stay safe. Only semi-con was It is on a very busy street with quite a bit of road noise during certain parts of the day and certain spaces downstairs are not tall people friendly with the need to remember to duck certain locations 😉 (half of our group was 6’2” and taller). Overall, good spot for a home base if you are visiting the Denver area.

Excellent stay. The home was clean and had everything we needed. The Firepit and hot tub were great, and the location was perfect.

Great spot to stay if you’re looking to get out and experience Denver’s night life. Quick 10 minute uber to really fun bar areas. The place itself was plenty of space for 5 guys, with cool amenities like a fire pit, hot tub, and retro arcade games. The owners were very proactive and helpful with instructions like how to check in/out as well.

This place was great if you are traveling with a multiple people. We stayed upstairs with our baby and let our friends have downstairs so they had their own space. It was a good use of space and has so many things included. It was too cold for us to use the Jacuzzi but that's okay. The backyard was big and nice. We would look into coming back to this air bnb again. Great restaurants around the area and right next to grocery store and pharmacy. The stay was convenient in many ways.

This is a surprising Denver gem which is close to major attractions with easy freeway access. Plenty of space for all. The only drawback is that it is on a busy street but there is parking next to the house which is very manageable and a front drive for turning around and backing in. I would definitely stay here again.

The home is very nice. Maintained very well great fire pit backyard with hot tub great location for our stay to visit the red rocks! We definitely would recommend to friends and family!

Great place for a group of folks to stay. House is on a busy street but you cant hear any of the noise. Good location to get to downtown or surrounding areas. Would recommend to stay again. Easy communication with the host company as well.

We thought the house had plenty of room with 5 bedrooms. They have really put a lot of time into making it so cute and clean and accommodating for a large group. It was a little hot in there, but not unbearable. We would have loved a tv in our room and a fan that pushes air, but again, it wasn’t THAT big of a deal. My biggest complaint would be the backyard needing weed eating or mowing bc it was very high. Other than that, the backyard fire pit and jacuzzi were great! Super cute Coloradical Crash Pad!
