The place was beautiful and location was convenient to everything we needed. Quiet, relaxing and thoughtful. The host happily helped with additional requests as well. Highly recommend!

One thing I’ll note, as a female traveling solo, I didn’t love parking on the street and then having to walk down the alley to access the space. Maybe it’s because it was the weekend but definitely some intoxicated individuals wandering around the street and field across the way. Felt a little odd walking to the unit.

What a charming stay! The home was exactly as described – cozy and comfortable, with every needed amenity. I was incredibly close to where I worked while staying here and everything I needed was no more than 15 min. away at any given time. Would book and stay here again with no hesitation!

Sunny Schafer was a wonderful place for us to stay
Sunny Schafer was a wonderful place for us to stay while in Denver. Convenient to our friends (and morning bakery and coffee) was a plus. The unit provided everything we needed; the bed was exceptionally comfortable; everything was clean and fresh! But best of all was the ease of communication with AirSimplicity! Responses always arrived within minutes of hitting send. Kind, considerate and to the point - they were a pleasure to work with. Two thumbs up for the entire experience!

Fourth of July stay
We had an excellent experience at this property. We were here for July 4th, no need to go watch fireworks we watched them from our room. The host was very helpful when needed.

This was a perfect studio for my stay while I was in town for a conference. The bed was comfortable, it had a full kitchen with coffee maker, fridge, microwave, etc. for my basic needs, and was a perfect size to be cozy and roomy at the same time. The host was responsive as well. There's a few things in walking distance, but most things will require Uber to do, which is about 10 mins to the main Denver attractions. I would definitely stay here again.

I enjoyed my visit very much. The space was cozy and had everything we needed and the bed was very comfy, which I don’t often say of airbnbs! Everything was as described and the host was very accommodating to an early check in. Good location to lots of restaurants and downtown area! Would definitely stay here again!
