This was the perfect place for us and our two
This was the perfect place for us and our two dogs. We were here visiting family and friends, and the location was great. Safe area, walking distance to Starbucks which I loved but near many restaurants and grocers, and the yard was perfect for our dogs. The host was very responsive, always within ten mins, and when we asked for the yard to get mowed they got it done the next day. Showers had plenty of hot water, and the house had everything we needed for a 5 day stay. They also didn’t give us a long list to complete upon check out. If I had to give one area for improvement would be some more comfortable patio furniture since it’s such a beautiful place to spend time. Recommend this place if you are looking to stay in the Denver area but escape the hubbub of the city.

The house was perfectly fine for our needs and met
The house was perfectly fine for our needs and met the photos and descriptions well. The location is great and very central to the areas we needed to be in for our stay - the yard is very large and peaceful on the corner lot and access in and out of the neighbor hood is very easy. There's a nice park up the street for morning walks or a playground for kids. We had a few issues with the AC system and the hosts were immediately communicative and proactive with us to address and resolve the problem. They are very easy to connect with via phone or text so definitely reach out and let them know if you need any help with anything or have any questions. The house had all the equipment and amenities needed for our stay - including floor fans and even a nice humidifier. Everything met our needs and expectations. Thank you!!

We are in transition waiting for our house to be built and in a little bit of a bind, and we found this Vrbo and it was absolutely perfect. The location is great and close to a lot of things. The neighbors are friendly and respectful. we are family of five so things tend to get hectic, but this little house had two living spaces and lots of bedrooms which made for a perfect space to separate kids when needed. By far the thing that I loved most was that the master is downstairs so it’s super cold in summer. And honestly, the washing machine and dryer worked really well too.The only drawback is if you have young kids, there isn’t a park necessarily in walking distance, but there are a lot of kids on the street so if you’re out front or outback you see kids riding bikes and things. we really enjoyed our stay thank you so much!

Wonderful home away from home
This home is in a wonderful walkable neighborhood. Clean and bright and the beds are comfortable. It's a little short on seating and dishware if fully occupied, but great for our group of six.

Great location, fine house for a family stay
My wife and I spent 19 days here as she had knee surgery and rehab nearby. This is a very nice home for a family visit to the south Denver/Centennial/Littleton area. It's in a well-established and pleasant but not fancy area near Colorado Boulevard between Arapahoe and Dry Creek Roads; very close to the Streets of Southglenn. The house has three bedrooms upstairs on on the ground floor and a very nice master bedroom and bath downstairs in the finished basement. The home also has a a wonderful fenced in backyard. The host is terrifically responsive and helpful.

The space was great for what we needed
The space was great for what we needed. The área felt pretty safe and was in a good location. However, the airbbnb is smaller than appears in pictures and did not feel super clean. The stairs leading to the basement are extremely dangerous! We had to keep the door locked so our kids didn’t fall down them.

Good location close to where my son lives. Quiet neighborhood, lots of rabbits. Communication with owner during stay wasn't necessary but had all instructions necessary to gain access and what to do at checkout. A bit noisy in downstairs bedroom if people walking around upstairs. 3 bedrooms on ground floor share 1 bathroom, 2 bathrooms downstairs for only 1 bedroom.

We had a family reunion and stayed at this place. We liked the central location - very close to both the outdoors of Denver metro and the fun stuff downtown. The place was nice, the host was responsive. The AC had trouble keeping up with the summer heat. The host did a good job responding to the concern and got the issue addressed.

Nice place, but basic accommodations. Felt sparse in some areas, lacking the home feel we are used to in other airbnbs. Great, quiet neighborhood close to family we were visiting.

I want to start with the good things about this property, because there were several good things. Communication between us and AirSimplicity couldn’t have been better. They responded to our issues immediately. The house was very clean. The kitchen was well appointed. The master bathroom was beautiful. The location was great and check out was easy.
All that said, we had a spider issue—we were finding several a day. The management company did send someone out to spray right away and sent cookies for our trouble, but the spiders were disconcerting, to say the least. The other downer was the beds—they were the most uncomfortable beds I have ever slept on. The mattresses are about six inches thick and hard as a rock. I had to borrow a mattress topper from a local family member because I literally could not sleep. There were other, less consequential issues, like the carpet in the basement was quite old and in need of replacing, and the furnishings were not very comfortable.
