“Alex” or “Alec” was amazing, very professional and informative! We arrived an hour and a half prior to closing, our server did warn us it would take about 2-2 1/2 hours.. kid you not, it did. So please try to make a reservation way prior in time to consider the amount it takes to prepare everything. It was so worth it and we will definitely be back!
