After moving to Denver, the zoo was definitely on my list of places to visit. I’ve been to a few different zoos around the world and, while they generally have the same animals, it’s all about the presentation. The Denver Zoo definitely has great presentation. The layout is great, making it hard to miss anything. The enclosures are large, but not so large that the animals can’t be seen when in the far corner. The line to get in at opening can be long, but it moves quickly. Also, the ticket price was reasonable for the experience.
