We had a great experience at your place! It was quiet, yet the location was accessible to amenities. We stayed at your place so we could go to Pikes Peak and the location worked out great for us!

I loved the stay and how quiet on some days it was. downstairs neighbors was a little loud and something I didn’t like was the front door of the top apartment has an opening on the bottom which I covered with blanket at night. Also the shower head wasn’t the best and lastly the control of the heater /A/C was controlled by downstairs which was a bummer because I was cold a couple of nights. But over all everything else was great love the view of the mountains and everything is so close of a drive. Thank you for the hospitality blessings.

We truly enjoyed our stay here in Colorado Springs. We were in town for a gymnastics meet, and this home was very comfortable and the perfect spot for getting much needed rest during our trip. The only thing I would mention is the water pressure in the shower was low. Everything else-fantastic. Home away from home!

Excellent air b&b. The location is fantastic. Close to shopping, hiking and downtown night life. The place felt just like home and I was able to relax and catch a snooze on the couch in between all my adventures. The two bedrooms with queen beds was a plus as I was traveling with my sister, we both had our own space with full length mirrors, extra towels and comfy beds. The water pressure on the shower is what you can expect for an older home. I was not able to locate a thermostat for the upstairs unit so I believe the heat was controlled by the guest downstairs. There were times when it was chilly but the air b&b provided a desktop space heater to help warm up the place so it was not a deal breaker for me! I will be a returning guest to this cute Victorian air b&b. Thank you!

The home is an upstairs unit. Great location, easy walk to downtown. Parks, coffee, and restaurants. Clean and neat! It is aged but nice. Tiny bathroom with claw leg tub! Cute! A lovely place to stay!

Good location, easy walk to restaurants and shops.Also easy drive to route 25. Nice to have McDonald’s across street for quick coffee and breakfast sandwich before heading out in the morning. Very clean. Beds comfy. Bathroom a bit tight but functional! I do wish there was seperate climate control from the main floor apartment. Also would have liked to have had wash cloths provided. Overall would stay again

This was an excellent long weekend getaway spot in Colorado Springs. Walkable to downtown, coffee shops, shopping and restaurants. Very secure and felt safe with the lock systems!

HIGHLY recommend staying in this beautiful airbnb!

We had a wonderful stay!!!! Very clean space, excellent location!! It was exactly what we needed. There were a few quirks but overall, it was a really cute space and we felt right at home!! So glad we chose to stay here.

Great stay, had all the amenities such as a living room, kitchen, bathroom, etc. Street parking was a little difficult with there being only a couple spots and neighbors would mostly take them. Otherwise the house itself was very cozy.

Home is a duplex with the rental on the 2nd floor only accessible by stairs, so keep this in mind if you have accessibility needs.

This place was nice for up to 4 to 5 people . Everything was within a hour of the property so it made it very convenient. We visited Royal Gorge, Garden of the Gods , Pikes Peak, and we went River Rafting in Canon City . I would totally stay here again . It also is close to many restaurants within 3 miles and some walking distance . I truly loved this place and hope others enjoy it as well . Thank VRBO for making our vacation a great experience.

My wife had a little frustration with the tub/shower situation. it is definitely old school! a small place to set your toiletries in the bathroom would have been good. That small issue aside, it's a nice place for a couple and super close to downtown which was great for walking around and exploring.

Not to mention the wall and house decorations were so cute and well placed! Our stay was so comfortable and we felt right at home. John was also an amazing host and was very quick to answer our questions as well as provide tips on local things to do around. Will definitely book again if back in town!!

Great location, cute home perfect for what we needed as far as size. In august it’s kind of hot for no central air especially at night. The window unit was nice in the living room. We cooked twice a day so it would’ve been nice to have a broom out to clean up after meals but overall it was good. One bedroom had dirty sheets like they might not have been changed, stained w large yellow spots and what appeared to be pubic hair when none of us had slept in the sheets. I’m sure if we’d of asked the host he’d of had it changed but we made due without that bedroom.

John’s place was the perfect fit for a 3 day get away! He was so friendly and extremely helpful! He provided an online book of restaurants, activities, and shopping that are a must try during the stay. My only complaint is there is just one AC unit for the entire upstairs and it is located in the living room, leaving all other bedrooms extremely hot. Overall, I had a great time and I was pleased with the cleanliness!

This location was super clean and very cute. Location worked well for us. The Air Conditioning isn't spectacular (a window unit in the living room) but after the first afternoon the weather improved so we did not need it as much.

This place is a nice, cozy house to take a vacation to on. It was clean and had everything you need. If you don’t mind the house not having much A/C, it is a great place to stay at in the Colorado Springs area. The host was great at communicating and making sure his guests are taken care of.

The place was great, location was right next to downtown with plenty of food spots. A Walgreens right down the street and just seemed like a great area. The house itself gave a real home feeling. Nice bedrooms and living room. The kitchen was perfect for my co worker and I. As mentioned in a earlier comment, the only thing someone might not like is the shower head has nowhere to hold it up. You need to hold it as you shower, but it was not an issue for either of us. Everything was clean and well maintained.
