This place is exactly what it says it is. I
This place is exactly what it says it is. I stayed here a week for school clinicals and it was perfect. The kitchen is well stocked. Which allowed me to cook meals and save money from having to eat out. The beds are comfy. The place is small but you feel right at home, at least I did. I didn’t have any issues while I was there. I will definitely recommend this place to future students doing clinicals in Colorado. And perhaps even return just for fun. Also, the price was right.

Second bedroom with main bathroom is right next to the living room separated by french doors, so has very little privacy, but if thats not a concern, it is a good size if a little tight for more than 2 people. Great kitchen, convenient laundry. Host was quick to respond. Overall a great place, would stay again.

Perfect Weekend Getaway
I came down to the Springs for work this weekend, so I was surprised and very grateful for how relaxing and perfectly located this stay was! My dog LOVED playing in the back yard, and I was obsessed with being able to walk so easily to downtown for dinner.

Nicely remodeled house in walkable neighborhood
My son was attending an athletic camp at the World Arena so we stayed for a week. The inside was nice and kitchen had all we needed. It is close to a nice area of “Main Street” type unique stores and restaurants that we could walk to, but also very convenient to I-25 so quick to the ice rink.

This unit was very nice. It was well furnished with plenty of space. Check in and check out process was fantastic.
Upsides: spacious, close to downtown (walk or Lime), large kitchen, large shower, updated, cozy, secure.
Downsides: not the best side of town, noisy upstairs tenants or guests (heavy walking, constantly crying child on my last night/day, yelling), shower is connected to the smallest bedroom, toaster didn't work.
This is a convenient spot for couples or a small family.

We couldn’t be more pleased with our stay. Great location and was exactly as described…very clean, beds and couch were very comfortable. We traveled with our two small dogs. They absolutely loved the backyard and they had a great time playing and exploring.Great stay!

Was a nice place to stay. Every walkable go downtown which is what we were looking for. Just fyi for people with dogs - backyard is not completely fenced in. Otherwise good.

This is a great small little house. The décor was amazing and updated. The hosts were very nice. I would definitely stay here again. This is on the bottom level and an older house so you can hear the creaking of the tenants upstairs but it wasn't that bad. The parking is easy and close. Downtown is a short walk away. The beds and couch are very comfy. Every time we went out we always said lets go back home because thats what it felt like. Again, thank you for the amazing stay!!!

My husband and I stopped here during our road trip and we greatly enjoyed the place. Everything was clean and very well organized. We found everything we needed to make our stay pleasant. The home was in a quiet location but very close to restaurants, hikes and the highways. We enjoyed a wonderful hike at Cheyenne Cañon Park! We wish we could have stayed longer.

The house was clean, well kept, neat, and up to date. We were accommodated with everything we needed and it was conveniently located near everything as well. Cozy and quaint
We enjoyed our stay and the area being so close to downtown! We enjoyed looking at holiday lights, ice skating and celebrated Christmas with my daughter. McDonald’s right across the street was a bonus for our morning breakfast sandwich and coffee!

It was a great stay! 14 days and we felt very comfortable there. We had all the amenities for a longer stay. Full kitchen, 1 and 1/2 bath, 2 bedrooms and a laundry. Walking distance to restaurants and the downtown area. This is a 2 story and we were on the bottom floor. We could hear the tenants upstairs a few times and they woke us up once, but wasn't a big deal. The hosts were very quick to answer any questions and responded quickly with suggestions and improvements. If I come back I would defiantly stay here again. Thank you!!!!

The best thing about this place is the location. It
The best thing about this place is the location. It is walking distance to downtown Colorado Springs and about 20 minutes max to anywhere else in Colorado Springs. The outdoor areas are a great size but would be enhanced by outdoor furniture, especially during the nicer weather months. We stayed for almost 3 weeks, so definitely noticed the low amount of storage space. One bedroom has no closet or drawers and the second has a small clothing rack (closet without a door) and a tv stand that has 2 small drawers, and 4ish shelves. Since there were just two of us we were able to make it work but might be more difficult for bigger groups that stay awhile. The place appears clean, but there’s definitely room for improvement - the windows, shelves, etc. were pretty dusty and some of the kitchen items needed to be cleaned due to left over residue. The only other slight negative is the checking out process. The “chores” for checking out were definitely more than other AirBnBs I’ve stayed at and likely point to why the kitchen items were not as clean as I would have liked (it’s the renters responsibility to do the dishes before leaving). Overall, I still give the place 5 stars, I felt the neighborhood was safe and in a fantastic location and great for our needs during the stay.

We loved this home for our ever so perfect honeymoon. This was the perfect stay for us with so much space always available parking and distance from so many great restaurants and things to do. We enjoyed the neighborhood and will love to go and stay again some day!

This place was great! Just an FYI, it did not bother us at all, but there is an apartment above this unit. As far as we can tell we didn’t hear them and they didn’t hear us! (Even with a 6 month old and a threenager who had a few meltdowns). We love this place and will totally be back 🙂

I had the best stay here! I needed a place to stay until I could move into my new house and this was the perfect solution. I was working remotely the whole time I stayed here and I found the kitchen table to be a perfect working setup. Also, the internet worked well for my needs. I love the remodeled kitchen! The is a great space to cook in. I also love the location. Very easy access to a trail to run/walk on that felt safe and mostly in residential spaces. Very close to a lot of good restaurants downtown as well. Anytime I had questions or concerns, John reached out quickly and answered my questions/resolved any issues. Very responsive and helpful! I would highly recommend this spot!

I also highly recommend getting sushi from a place called Yoo Mae, amazing sushi. I didn’t have any problems with neighbors nor parking. Be careful with the furthest right knob on the stove as it is slightly broken so avoid using it. Other than that, i had a great time staying

It should be noted that there is an upstairs for other tenants — we had a few issues with them locking us out, so just be aware of that possibility. Otherwise highly recommend this apartment!!
