Was a nice place to stay. Every walkable go downtown which is what we were looking for. Just fyi for people with dogs - backyard is not completely fenced in. Otherwise good.

The house was very conveniently located. McDonald’s right across the street. A couple of miles/ 5 minutes or so to downtown area/restaurants and shopping. We were close to everywhere we wanted to go. Great hot shower/ heater worked great. It was just me and my husband- I don’t feel the space would work well for 4 adults due to lack of storage space in second bedroom and sitting area in living room. Was perfect for us and would b fine for kids. Well worth what we paid. Would stay again.

This is a great small little house. The décor was amazing and updated. The hosts were very nice. I would definitely stay here again. This is on the bottom level and an older house so you can hear the creaking of the tenants upstairs but it wasn't that bad. The parking is easy and close. Downtown is a short walk away. The beds and couch are very comfy. Every time we went out we always said lets go back home because thats what it felt like. Again, thank you for the amazing stay!!!

My husband and I stopped here during our road trip and we greatly enjoyed the place. Everything was clean and very well organized. We found everything we needed to make our stay pleasant. The home was in a quiet location but very close to restaurants, hikes and the highways. We enjoyed a wonderful hike at Cheyenne Cañon Park! We wish we could have stayed longer.

The house does have 2 units (upstairs and downstairs) and it can be noisy at times between the floors. Pack ear plugs or something and you’ll be fine.

The house was clean, well kept, neat, and up to date. We were accommodated with everything we needed and it was conveniently located near everything as well. It was a great stay! 14 days and we felt very comfortable there. We had all the amenities for a longer stay. Full kitchen, 1 and 1/2 bath, 2 bedrooms and a laundry. Walking distance to restaurants and the downtown area. This is a 2 story and we were on the bottom floor. We could hear the tenants upstairs a few times and they woke us up once, but wasn't a big deal. The hosts were very quick to answer any questions and responded quickly with suggestions and improvements. If I come back I would defiantly stay here again. Thank you!!!!

The best thing about this place is the location. It is walking distance to downtown Colorado Springs and about 20 minutes max to anywhere else in Colorado Springs. The outdoor areas are a great size but would be enhanced by outdoor furniture, especially during the nicer weather months. We stayed for almost 3 weeks, so definitely noticed the low amount of storage space. One bedroom has no closet or drawers and the second has a small clothing rack (closet without a door) and a tv stand that has 2 small drawers, and 4ish shelves. Since there were just two of us we were able to make it work but might be more difficult for bigger groups that stay awhile. The place appears clean, but there’s definitely room for improvement - the windows, shelves, etc. were pretty dusty and some of the kitchen items needed to be cleaned due to left over residue. The only other slight negative is the checking out process. The “chores” for checking out were definitely more than other AirBnBs I’ve stayed at and likely point to why the kitchen items were not as clean as I would have liked (it’s the renters responsibility to do the dishes before leaving). Overall, I still give the place 5 stars, I felt the neighborhood was safe and in a fantastic location and great for our needs during the stay.

We loved this home for our ever so perfect honeymoon. This was the perfect stay for us with so much space always available parking and distance from so many great restaurants and things to do. We enjoyed the neighborhood and will love to go and stay again some day!

This place was great! Just an FYI, it did not bother us at all, but there is an apartment above this unit. As far as we can tell we didn’t hear them and they didn’t hear us! (Even with a 6 month old and a threenager who had a few meltdowns). We love this place and will totally be back 🙂

This is a nice place for a short trip. Its not very spacious and the layout is kind of clumsy (we rearranged the furniture for our stay). The living area is small with a little loveseat. It worked for the 2 of us but I wouldn't have wanted to stay much longer (we were there 5 days). The location is really close to downtown so you can walk everywhere. The beds are memory foam which was decently comfortable. The curtains everywhere are very thin and do not block out light (and I would feel uncomfortable going from the shower to the bedroom - it doesn't feel very private). This isn't much of an issue except in the main bedroom since its at the front of the house so the bright lights of the McDonalds across the street shine into the bedroom all night. Basic amenities are included but some simple things would have been nice to have - some hooks for jackets, towels, etc. and a full length mirror. The house is very old and creaky, which is expected. Overall it was pretty quiet and a nice place to stay for 2 people. Would have been tight with more than that.

I had the best stay here! I needed a place to stay until I could move into my new house and this was the perfect solution. I was working remotely the whole time I stayed here and I found the kitchen table to be a perfect working setup. Also, the internet worked well for my needs. I love the remodeled kitchen! The is a great space to cook in. I also love the location. Very easy access to a trail to run/walk on that felt safe and mostly in residential spaces. Very close to a lot of good restaurants downtown as well. Anytime I had questions or concerns, John reached out quickly and answered my questions/resolved any issues. Very responsive and helpful! I would highly recommend this spot!

John's place is nice, clean and in a great location. It was easy to walk downtown, to the Shooks Run Trail, and to Monument Valley Park and the Pikes Peak Greenway Trail. The kitchen is a great space with nice appliances and pots/pans, but you'll need to bring some basic things like a can opener, measuring spoons, vegetable peeler, spatula, etc. if you plan to do any cooking. We enjoyed our time in Colorado Springs and we felt at home in this apartment.

The airbnb was fine! It feels like what it is, an apartment run by a business (AirSimplicity), because it lacks "finishing touches". We paid an extra $50 fee for a 3rd person, but there were only 2 forks. There were no extra blankets and no bathroom hand towels. The manager responded to my request for those items, by delivering them the next day. Thanks for that! But there were other nice-to-haves that I didn't request because it wasn't worth the hassle (examples: can opener, vegetable peeler, etc.). Nothing essential, but still made the place feel less homey.

Amazing Airbnb hosted by John. It is located quite comfortably between many different places such as restaurants, supermarkets, fast food places, etc... I highly recommend this airbnb. I also highly recommend getting sushi from a place called Yoo Mae, amazing sushi. I didn’t have any problems with neighbors nor parking. Be careful with the furthest right knob on the stove as it is slightly broken so avoid using it. Other than that, i had a great time staying

This place is very cute. It is so close to the downtown area. I walked there almost every day, which was really nice! There is a little park nearby too. The location was perfect. Also, the beds were extremely comfortable. I slept so well the whole time we were there. That is not something you tend to find with rental properties. I really appreciated that.
It could have been cleaner. We were there for eight days working remotely though, so we noticed things that someone staying for a weekend might not.

Very comfortable, almost perfect with a few tweaks
Super clean, great parking, great location, wonderful kitchen, comfy. The back bedroom needs a bedside table, table lamp and some place to put clothes, even if in the main room. The living room needs a standing lamp. The front bedroom needs blinds as the street is too bright and visible. Then, five stars all the way!

We enjoyed our stay and the area being so close to downtown! We enjoyed looking at holiday lights, ice skating and celebrated Christmas with my daughter. McDonald’s right across the street was a bonus for our morning breakfast sandwich and coffee!

Stayed 5 nights with a colleague for a conference in the lower unit. Unit was very clean and had everything I expected. Definitely walkable to downtown restaurants. Parking was in front and free. Note that the main bathroom is actually en suite to the smaller bedroom.

Upsides: spacious, close to downtown (walk or Lime), large kitchen, large shower, updated, cozy, secure.
Downsides: not the best side of town, noisy upstairs tenants or guests (heavy walking, constantly crying child on my last night/day, yelling), shower is connected to the smallest bedroom, toaster didn't work.
