The location is near downtown Denver. my fiancé & I stayed there for about four days. The place is very comfy and relaxing. This is a back house, but the owner of the front house is very nice. The area has a lot of places to go to eat. the area was very quiet and there was a lot of space to park near the house. overall, the place was a 10 out of 10.

This is a great spot for a solo business exec, a traveler coming in and out or a couple who wants to avoid the nuisance that can often come with Hotels. All amenities were as listed, it was very private even being attached to home, host were extremely professional, and the location is near Tennyson St which is a great walkable area with good eats/hangs.

Cool space close to my parents
This is a great space for the spouse and I to crash at while visiting my parents in the neighborhood. It is quiet and comfortable and you feel like you do have your own little house in Denver. It is easy on and off the interstate but also close to downtown and so much that goes on in the area. Plus plus plus! It is dog friendly.

Location is perfect for day trips to downtown or the mountains. We came in for Broncos game which was convenient. The space is comfortable and suited our needs. Great to have access to fire pit and chairs to enjoy the morning sun with a cup of coffee.

Perfect for two! King bed very comfortable and place was very clean. Didn't hear a peep from main house, owner or dog and it is located in a nice quiet neighborhood. Parking easy.

The stay here was a neat experience. We enjoyed the cleanliness of the place and modern vibe to it. The outside area was super cute, we just didn’t get to enjoy it as intended since it snowed during our stay. The host was kind and gave us the comfort of being in our own little world with no troubles. The only parts that we thought could have been a bit better for the experience would be the toilet situation since we found it difficult to flush well a lot of times. We also thought a few things were falling apart/looked unfinished (controller holder next to the tv, the rack area in the bathroom, the door handles). Also, there were big gaps between the bathroom door and bedroom. We also didn’t have curtains to the entrance door/windows. We didn’t mind much but just something to keep in mind. Other than that, it was a pretty comfortable/cozy little place to stay! We loved the sunlight that came in/ the view of the snow when it came down. The guest book was also such a cute touch! Recommend

The carriage house itself was perfect for the trip. It was very clean, comfortable, smartly designed, and private - important to us. We kept a busy schedule while in Denver and made time to return to the house for a mid afternoon break before venturing out again and the carriage house was an ideal spot for that.
And the location. For the risk of being redundant, I'll say perfect. The carriage house is a very short drive to the highway if you want to venture to the farther reaches of Denver (big city!) and beyond. And the house is also a very short drive to the downtown area of Denver which had us totally appreciating the location of the house. Drive aside, the house is close to grocery stores, coffee shops, and local restaurants.

Safe quiet area, easy street parking, great location for everything we wanted to do- minutes from downtown, 20 minutes from Redrocks. 1.5 hrs from Garden of the Gods and Pikes Peak. This was a wonderful stay! They were very quick to respond and accommodate our last minute reservation. It was exactly as stated! What Inloved most were their. Recommendations on places to eat! That was a home run for us. Being we are from out of town and didn't know where to go! We tried two places off their list and both were delicious! We would go back for sure to both resutrants. We will stay here again! The only think I’d like changed would be a concrete wall path to the location. It was hard carrying luggage or having to drag through the pebbles. Otherwise perfection!

The Cozy & Convenient Carriage House
We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful and great rental. Prompt replies to any of our questions from the owner and property management company. Parking was easily accessible right in front of the property. Perfect location to eateries, breweries, stadiums, and the downtown area. Only 12 minutes from Red Rocks too. You will not be disappointed with this adorable rental. We will definitely be back! Thank you.

It gets hot in the unit as there is no ac so be sure to utilize the fans & keep the bedroom window blinds down. Overall, we had a wonderful time in beautiful Colorado!

The neighborhood was nice, and the actual place was nice, clean, and comfy. The only issue i had was that the toilet was making water noises the whole time i was there, not super loud but definitely audible. I would definitely stay here again 5 stars

My husband and I enjoyed our stay in this wonderfully compact and efficient little house. There was no one in the main house during our stay so it was wonderfully private. We enjoyed sitting in the sun in the pretty backyard. Just a note: if you are looking for the fridge when you first walk in, it is behind the barn door that separates the living space from the bedroom. We would highly recommend this accommodation.

This place was everything as advertised! Very relaxed, cottage feel place. I had an extended stay of 10 days and enjoyed the spaciousness of the rooms. The kitchen was well equipped with necessary items & even though there was no stove on site the large microwave proved very useful for hot meal prep. Restaurants & grocery stores supplied me easy access for meals to go. Very good location for travel to downtown areas of Denver & quick access to I70 for airport or the mountains. I felt safe & secure while staying there alone, a senior aged woman! Also very reasonably priced and I would definately book again!

Great hosts. Whenever we had a question they were very quick to respond and help out. We stayed for 5 days and had a great stay. We really liked the location. The neighbourhood is safe and it was cool just to see all the different houses with both new and old architecture around. It was close to everything and we enjoyed exploring the city! The place is well put together and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay! We would definitely come back again! It was overall a great experience and we fell in love with Denver.

This tiny house is in perfect condition and it is
This tiny house is in perfect condition and it is so clean! The only thing that the house did not have was air conditioning which we did not realize ahead of time. When looking over the description of the property, it does only list heating rather than heating and air conditioning so it was advertised exactly as it was! I just had not paid attention to that. There were 2 fans provided which made the place much more comfortable. It really is a darling place to stay!

This location was great for our travels. We were in Denver to do some hiking for multiple days. This location was perfect to come back to after a long hike. It was clean, quiet, and close to many cool places to eat. The location has everything you need for your stay and has a nice outdoor seating area which was enjoyable with the weather. We would recommend this to others that are looking for a quite neighborhood but close to anything you need.

Booked for two nights, but fled after one when Mother Nature wanted to dump several inches of snow on Denver after treating us to upper 80 degree days during our trip to the area. Next time I'll bring a pair of pants regardless of the time of year. Great location, quiet neighborhood with many eateries and shops.

What’s remarkable about this place is that it somehow manages to feel like an oasis in Denver, where homes are really close together and the city can feel dirty and unkempt. This place was peaceful because it was surrounded by well designed walls and plants and lights. The space was peaceful and quiet, it felt private and clean.

The guesthouse was SO gorgeous and clean and was the perfect size for our trip. Thank you for the wonderful stay and we would definitely recommend this to anyone!

We especially loved that this place was close to all the nice restaurants and things to do in downtown Denver! Close to the stadium, downtown and all hiking and Mountain View’s!

Would stay here again. Very comfortable place with everything you needed. The location was great, outside of the busy downtown but we were still able to walk or take a short Uber to breweries, restaurants and parks. My partner and I both worked and the Wifi was strong.

My trip to Denver was very sporadic for spring break but I loved this Airbnb. It was very cozy and super cute. I’d recommend this place to stay if available. The host themselves are amazing and keep communication but it’s not overwhelming.

The host was simply amazing as well as the home and area. We were able to make s’mores over the fire place, which kept us warm even in 20 degree weather. The king bed was super comfortable too ! The area was nice as well , close to downtown and walking distance to a restaurant and bar. Although the host gave us privacy as if we were there alone, she was extremely hospitable to us on a day we had vehicle problems and had a long day, also finding and returning an heirloom of mine from out of the snow on one of the coldest nights of our stay. An A+ stay and we will be back again soon !
