Even when a small issue came up, the host responded immediately and went above and beyond to resolve it—truly one of the most helpful and responsive hosts we've ever had. The location was great, the space was clean and cozy, and the entire experience was made simple and enjoyable thanks to the host's care. We’d gladly stay here again!

The driveway is super long and that works great to load and unload- we arrived and I unlocked the front door and then used the side door in the master suite to make it easy to bring things in. Same as we packed up and reloaded. We had everything we expected available. Located in easy access location to Denver and Lakewood areas. We went with 5 adults and 2 kids and never felt like we were tripping over each other.

The home was spotless, cozy, and exactly as described in the listing. The location was perfect—we only needed a short Uber ride to get to our conference location in downtown and were also close to great restaurants.
AirSimplicity's team was incredibly responsive, and the check-in and check-out process was seamless. They also provided helpful information that made it easier for us to navigate the city during our stay, which enhanced our experience. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Denver!

Great property near Sloan Lake
I booked this property for a guys weekend trip with all of us flying in from out of state. The property was exceptionally clean and well-furnished. The living room and rooftop patio were great spaces for just relaxing and catching up. Sloan Lake was only two blocks away making it a great destination for scenic walks. Good communication with property management with clear and easy instructions for check-in and check-out. I would definitely recommend this property to folks looking for a great place to stay west of downtown Denver.

Sloan lake is a beautiful spot in Denver and also a quick Uber to downtown. The place was perfect for a group of 6. The balcony was very nice for late night chilling and the backyard was gated with some string lights that added to the atmosphere. The host was very responsive and helpful with everything which made the whole process smooth.

A large family group with age range from 7 months to 75 years required a house with many sleeping accommodations to attend a Celebration of Life for the family matriarch. Friends/family could visit for meals and socialization so the house worked well for that function also. Location was a plus as it was easy to get downtown for various events or yo our old neighborhood in SW Denver. A tremendous bonus, especially for the children, was the proximity to Sloan's Lake playground and the excellent TV options including Disney +. (I think a 4 year old grand daughter watched "Frozen" every day!)

All of my guests found themselves very happy and fond with the home as well. It's great having recommendations already picked out on what's is around your Home Stay. at first I was sceptical about about the price but after my stay it's honestly a great value with how much they provide for you in the home. Such as Wash and drying machines with laundry detergent and bleach included, all the tools you need in a kitchen and to serve. All the bath towels ready for all my guests sitting on our beds was a nice touch. the backyard furniture and tables and games for when we wanted hangout side. The shower products already included was nice. the upstairs outside patio was great. I could go on and on but to close it all up. It's been great stay and If I were to come to Denver again I'll be searching for AIRSIMPLICITY Again. Thanks guys, you were awesome 👍

Home met are requirements. Neighbourhood is not the nicest however, very convenient to downtown with a short drive. A short 400m walk to Sloans Lake. Less than a mile to upscale pubs and restaurants.

The place was great and plenty of room for our big group. Only gripe is that the app said check in was at 4pm but we found out after we checked in that we could’ve got in at 2pm. So we sat at a bar with our luggage for 2 hours for no reason.

Cozy Cottage
We really enjoyed our stay at Sloan Lake.
Check in was a breeze, the house was well appointed for cooking, cleaning, bathing, sleeping and relaxing. The house is cozy but was spacious enough for our group of professionals. The upstairs patio was a nice place to relax after a long day at the trade show. Communication with management was always fast and helpful.
We didn't have time to enjoy the Lake but we did have dinner one night at The Patio, which was casual dining with a great view and good food.
Travel to the convention center downtown every morning was easy, straight down Colfax.
We would definitely book with AirSimplicity again.

We had 9 family members stay in this home in the Sloans Lake neighborhood of Denver. There was plenty of room for people to spread out, and find private space when needed. The 2 1/2 baths worked out well for everyone. The property managers were responsive and helpful. The house is a short distance from Colfax Ave., a somewhat busy street, but we never heard any traffic noise. The neighborhood itself was quiet. We'd stay here again.

The location was wonderful for our stay; most places, including downtown, were less than a 10-15 min drive! The hosts were just as amazing too! Great place to stay in Denver. Close to Sloan's Lake which is a nice place to hang out for a bit early in the morning before starting your day. Close to good lunch places and a dispensary. It's only a short drive to downtown and Red Rocks. The place was clean and warm and very spacious and there was great communication throughout.

Very Clean. Nice communal space for sitting around TV and socializing. Very functional neighborhood with groceries and restaurants all in walking distance. Remarkably responsive communication with management. Walkable to Sports Arenas. Sloan Lake Park just a block away is a jewel. (birding, morning runs, pick-up frisbee).

I've stayed at enough AirBnBs and this place feels like home. I love when places have the necessary amenities to not have to spend an extra $50 at the store. Things like having detergent, coffee, seasoning, kitchen equipment, bathroom body wash, shampoo, conditioner, etc is what make places feel like home. I would 100% stay here again!

Colfax St was sketchy as we drove down towards property, but once we turned on Utica, neighborhood was very nice. Parking is tricky. You can fit several vehicles in the driveway. It is long and narrow. The street is very narrow and a lot of cars that park there, so not much parking there. And tricky getting out of driveway due to cars on street. That was the only concern. Everything else was perfect for a big group. Would definitely stay again!

I definitely recommend the house though for groups needing a lot of beds, only downside is both showers are on the first floor, but the half bath is on the second, which at least makes it workable.

Super stay in West Colfax / Sloan’s Lake
First time in Denver for this group of friends and so glad we decided to stay here in Sloan’s Lake. Roomy home that easily fit 8, and with lots of amenities, including cornhole (which we played a handful of times), dishwasher, SmartTV and laundry. Location was perfect: 5 minute walk to Sloan’s Lake, and 20 minute walk to Mile High. Close to major routes for trips to ballpark, RiNo and Red Rocks. Hosts provided excellent communication and support. 5-star experience all around.
