Communication with the host was easy, with quick responses to text messages. Neighborhood is mixed as it is turning over with new development. Water pressure is frustratingly low. Could use more towels. Beds are nice but firm.

Place was great. Good walking distance to Sloan Lake and restaurants. Only thing I would research more next time is distance to downtown area. Other than that we had zero complaints.

This place was perfect for our group of 6 people in town for a concert at Red Rocks. Linens were well stocked and comfortable. Communication from the host(s) was second to none. We'll definitely return if we find ourselves in the DEN area again.

We had a great stay! The place was exactly as pictured- everything looked just like the photos. It was very clean, spacious, and perfect for a big group. The host was super responsive and helpful throughout our stay. He even allowed us to check in a little earlier, which we really appreciated. Overall, a great experience and would definitely recommend this spot!

Location was great for doing Uber for downtown stuff. I didn't like that the master bathroom had butterfly stickers and locks on all the drawers. No where to unpack your own bathroom stuff. Also water pressure was super low.

This was a great place to hang out with a group of friends for a weekend! There is plenty of space and it was clean and functional. The kitchen was functional and well stocked, and the hot tub, sauna, grill, fire pit and deck all improved our stay.

This place was perfect for our family trip! The place feels very large on the inside, with lots of spaces for gathering together or relaxing separately. Nice layout of bedrooms and bathrooms, lots of amenities, and there were some awesome parks and playgrounds nearby for the kids.

Overall was a very nice place to stay. Would stay here again and highly recommend others to stay here as well.

We took our two kiddos (5 and 2) to Denver for a fun family trip — and though this place isn’t the most little kid friendly spot (three large sets of stairs, hard/sharp objects, lots of low lying tech to poke at, etc.) it worked out really well for us. The house is walkable (or scooter-able) to parks, coffee shops, Mile High Stadium, Ball Arena, Meow Wolf, the Children’s Museum, AND the Aquarium. We hit all of those spots and man it was nice to be able to quickly retreat back home after a day of fun. Traffic in Denver blows, but not when you’re this close to everything!
The hosts were super responsive and accommodating; they let me get some things delivered to the house prior to my arrival and safely tucked them inside for me.
The game room/gym/sauna was a fun add for the adults of the trip — and would be perfect for older kids and teens.
All in all this spot was very worth it. We’d stay here again for sure!

This house is very nice and modern. It is an open floor plan great for family, gatherings and cooking with friends. It is an upstairs downstairs design, so there are several staircases, but the rooms were very comfortable, the place was very clean and it was easy to get in and out. Also, the host was very responsive to each of my inquiries. We wanted to stay an extra day and because it was not rented they made it very easy for us to rent another night. If I’m ever in that area again, I would definitely stay at this location.

One of the best homes I have stayed at through
One of the best homes I have stayed at through Airbnb. The home is extremely spacious, with plenty of beds for sleeping and couches and chair for seating. Not once did it feel like the 11 of us that stayed there were ever stepping on toes. Plenty of amenities in the house and back yard. While the area itself was not eventful, and for my short exploration, there was not a whole lot to do around the neighborhood, you will be 5-10 minutes for the highway and downtown. Very easy to get to the home and the highway for wherever you might go.

Area is a great location for what we were looking to do: 1) easy access to downtown for restaurants and museums, 2) right by Sloane Lake for awesome sunrise and sunset walks, 3) short drive west/NW to mountains, red rocks, state parks, etc for hiking. Hosts were extremely accommodating, and great at communication.

The home has 4 levels of living area- very spacious! We didn’t get to use the sauna or hot tub. The pool/ping pong table got plenty of use! The kitchen was well equipped with plenty of dishes/glasses/ silverware!

This was a great place to stay in downtown Denver,
This was a great place to stay in downtown Denver, and close to Sloans lake to walk around and to see a view of the mountains, and also the stadium is about 3-4 blocks away. There is a new playground at the lake in case you have little ones, (or a dog), some really nice restaurants to eat within walking distance. Many comfy beds with great pillows and enough linens for all. Having 4.5 bathrooms was amazing! And there was enough privacy throughout the home that no one was bothered. The roof top deck with a fire pit , hot tub on the lower deck, a pool table downstairs and dart board were all very fun to have for our use. The kitchen was amazing and the added touches of spices, oils, tea and coffee was so appreciated. Did I mention a full washer and drier? So nice to have! The garage for 2 vehicles was an added bonus! Not many places have that amenity in Denver. Also the hosts were responsive and accommodating! Rent this place out for a great stay in Denver, you will not be disappointed!
