I only had to reach out to the host one time and it was to ask if we could check in early since we arrived sooner than expected. Super responsive and allowed early check in! The location was great for exploring Denver and Colorado Springs!

We loved this space and being able to have spaces for people to be alone or engaging was wonderful. We had 6 masters level counselors staying together and it was a perfect place to process or sit in the hot tub or play corn hole or just be present! We already want to come back for our last year of residency to spend more time at this place! (the washer and dryer were a huge perk since I traveled quite a distance!)

Comfy Beds and great backyard
We just enjoyed a weekend stay for a group of teammates. Easy parking, great backyard, and comfortable foam bed in the master. Floors are squeaky but didn’t mind once everyone was asleep. Could use a few ware and tear touchups and the yard needed a mow. Otherwise great stay and AirSimplicity was great for communication.

If you have a disabled family member, plan on them staying on the main level the entire time, the only TV is located downstairs which is very steep.

Functional House for Family Vacay
The house had plenty of room for our Family of 5 during our stay. We were central to a lot of attractions and grocery stores.
Communication between the management company was great! We noticed that a full set of bags was not available for use to play cornhole. I messaged the company and a whole new set of bags was sent to the house within the same day. MUCH appreciated.
The only negative was the lack of chairs with backs on the back deck and an umbrella for the table. There was a patio table moved close to the built in bench seating. The lack of umbrella was a bit frustrating as well.

My friend and I stayed in the home and we just fell in love with the whole place. It just felt good. Perfect updates mixed with the old. Inside was comfortable seating, spacious kitchen, and I slept like a rock on the memory mattress upstairs. The family room in the basement was so cute! We spent most of our time on the backyard patio. Loved the vibe! I wish we had more time to stay and enjoy all the amenities of the house. But we'll both be back.

The Light Rail station is less than 5 min away. The only thing I would point out is that there says there are 2 TVs and there is only one for people who care about that. Otherwise, everything else was great!

Great little house for a family gathering!
The location was perfect for us, half-mile from my older daughter’s home. The multiple bedrooms were great for our large family. Please note, the walls & floor were very thin, so you could hear everything throughout the house & every bedroom. Not a big deal if you’re all going to bed at the same time, but problematic when we were trying to get small children to sleep several hours before adults & teens.
The living/dining/kitchen was smaller than it appeared in the listing, but was still workable for our group. The setting & landscaping was very cute; nice hot tub in the back which we enjoyed. However, be aware that the hot tub has a strong mildew smell. All our swimsuits smelled sour & mildewy, even after being hung out to dry. We were able to get the smell out with a special odor removing spray and laundry soap.
Check in and check out were very easy; the host company was quickly responsive to my questions. There were plenty of amenities in the kitchen - dishes, pots & pans for the cooking we wanted to do.
Overall, we had an absolutely wonderful stay!

We had a great stay! 5 guys for a B-Day trip and the rooms were more than sufficient. The place is very spacious to relax when needed. The hot tub was an added bonus and very nice and clean. We took advantage of the refrigerator and oven, as well as the dishes and dishwasher. Nice quiet neighborhood and a nice backyard to enjoy the weather. Overall very clean and would recommend to anyone wanting to stay near downtown without being in downtown. Easy check-in and check-out! The host communication was very sufficient and we had perfect weather during our stay.
It was also very easy to get an Uber/Lyft and there is a train stop just 1/2 a mile away from the house if you're looking to save money on fairs. Just make sure you get a train ticket because they do have security on the trains and they will check for your pass.

They included plenty of towels, cleaner, shampoo, hairdryer, all the kitchen necessities, and a bbq and tools. The backyard was set up nicely for outdoor eating and socializing. Check-in was a breeze and they communicated with us throughout the trip.

This place was amazing spacious everything was pretty nice inside we were able to do home cooked meals they had everything you would need to some spices plates and cups ,they have a down stairs I called it the family room because they had games a chalk wall it was pretty nice . I wish we were able to check out a bit later but I know why it couldn’t be accommodated. But everything was perfect would deff recommend and stay again if I ever visited again.
