Dogs are allowed with a $100 non-refundable fee per month (2nd dog is an additional $50 per month). Inquire about multiple pets, cats, or long stays.

We require guests to sign a lease agreement, which simply acknowledges our house rules and policies.

We require an additional $500 deposit for local guests. Please inquire for details.

CHILD PROOFING: While some childproofing measures have been taken, the property is not completely childproof. Guests acknowledge and accept responsibility for any risks to children or infants while they are on the premises.

Travel Insurance/Cancellations: Highly recommended. No refunds are provided outside of the cancellation policy. Date changes are treated as cancellations if the new date is later. Check the booking site for details.

Self check-in instructions will be sent 24 hours before your stay. Our home is divided into two apartments, with the basement unit rented out. You may encounter other guests in the shared entryway stairwell, but your unit remains fully private. Both units share the same electrical panel, located in the garage. In the rare event that the basement loses power, we might need to send maintenance to access the panel.
