The house was perfect for our family gathering. The open floor plan of the living room, dining room and kitchen was a terrific space for all of us to gather together. The house also offered private spaces with comfortable bedrooms and bathrooms for all of our groups. We enjoyed the outdoor deck where we grilled and the hot tub was delightful!

Great place! Very close to lots of stores and shops, super close to trader joes. Kid friendly, except for the stairs which the host provided baby gates for. Kitchen is massive and the open floor plan and a nice little back porch which was great for our family. House had all the little nice touches that other Airbnb’s leave out (extra paper towels, extra toilet paper, spices, pots and pans, baking items etc.) we were lacking for nothing! And the house had nice style.

This was the perfect home away from home for a family wedding at Highlands Ranch Mansion, and very conveniently located for all the other places we visited. We had our four grandkids with us, and they loved the playground across the street. The home is beautifully decorated and well stocked with everything you might need. Jonathan, the host, was very responsive, along with the entire Air Simplicity team. I can see why Jonathan is a Superhost! We will be back when we return to Denver!

Fantastic place to bring family in for DU graduation. 15 minute drive to campus was well worth it given the space had all that we needed to host our family.

This home was great for our group of 6 adults and two children. The house was well stocked with everything we needed for our stay. Plenty of cooking supplies and seasonings. They even had a bottle warmer for the 8-month-old baby. There was plenty of shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, hand soap, laundry detergent, dryer sheets, cleaners, and very clean linens and towels. There were 3 separate areas to sleep, which worked well for our family. We had a family of four on the top level, a couple on the middle level, and another couple on the lower level. The main living area had a beautiful kitchen, dining, and family area where we all spent time together. The 3-year-old loved to explore the private backyard, picking up sticks and rocks. We were able to grill one night on the gas grill. The place was extremely clean, and we easily felt at home. There were restaurants and shops very close to the house. We would definitely rent from this home again.

We loved our stay here! Exactly as pictured and clean. The neighborhood felt very safe and it was super walkable which was important to me. Beds were extremely comfy as well! If I had to nitpick - I wish there had been blinds or curtains on the kitchen side of the downstairs because the sun was super powerful coming in in the morning and would shine in to the bedrooms. And the house is very creaky which only bothered me trying to be quiet while my baby was sleeping.

The house was clean, great layout for our large family, spacious, well stocked kitchen, excellent location! The hot tub was a nice touch. Host provided great customer service. Only downside was beds were firm. We will definitely stay here again when we go to visit family.

Our family of 9 was very pleased with the amenities
Our family of 9 was very pleased with the amenities provided, the ease of checking in and out, as well as the King sized beds in three of the rooms. We were comfortable in all the spaces and really enjoyed the peaceful nature of the neighborhood.
The only thing we had difficulty with was the WiFi access during the last two days of our stay. We didn’t reach out to the host because we were not home much but would like them to know that we couldn’t watch TV or use the network for those two days.
Other than that, if we ever take another trip to see our newlywed daughter and her husband, we will definitely love to book this property again.

The place was new and decorated very trendy and comfortable.
The place was new and decorated very trendy and comfortable. There were 5 of us sorority sisters in town for a wedding. We each wanted our own bedrooms and the place was nicely spread out. The owners and management company were very responsive and friendly. We would stay again!

The home was great. It was just two of us staying in the home but there was more than enough space for us and more! The hot tub was great to enjoy after long days of excursions and exploring the city. The only downfall I had was having to use the upstairs shower for warmer water but other than that no complaints. Great home, definitely can see myself booking again!

Wonderful property within walking distance to a Trader Joe's and awesome sushi place. Loved the deck and back yard!! If staying in the summer be sure to put the fans in front of the AC vents early and keep the shades drawn through the sunny part of they day - upstairs gets hot! Still worth the stay!

Fantastic place
This property suited our family well for a memorial gathering. It was well appointed and very comfortable. My only suggestion is If you have an infant and plan to use the portable crib, bring your own pack n play sheets.

We loved staying here and sad we had to leave based on the availability. The hot tub and back yard was awesome for our 6 & 7 year olds. The place was really big and the beds were extremely comfortable (looking at getting the same for our home). The communication was fabulous and would definitely stay here again.

Denver got hit with the biggest snow storm in 4 years during our stay and the rental company was very good in communication during the uncertainty of the storm.
