The trailer is tucked away in a peaceful neighborhood, which makes for a relaxing atmosphere, but it’s not very walkable (surrounded by boulevards and interstates)—so plan to drive or rely on ride sharing (which can get pricey in Denver). Overall, a unique and restful spot.

My boyfriend and I had an amazing stay at the
My boyfriend and I had an amazing stay at the airstream - perfect for a weekend getaway that was cozy and very comfortable! The airstream is gorgeous inside with all the amenities you could ever need! We were able to cook dinner every night and enjoy the outside area as well. The location is pretty close to downtown Denver and other cute neighborhoods which made it easy to go out and do things. The host was also very responsive and we really appreciated that. I highly recommend this place!

The airstream was such an interesting place to stay! It was clean, cute, and comfortable. During our 5 night stay, we did need to empty the grey water tank once (telltale sign was standing water in the shower) but that easy once we figured out where the valve was (just had to pull it outward, wait and push it back in). The host was also very responsive to messages, which was nice!

Perfect for Solo Trip
The airstream was exactly as described. It had everything necessary for a short stay for 1 person. Would be tight for two people, but was perfect for a solo trip. I arrived late the first night and the electricity was not working. The AirSimplicity team was in contact with me quickly and the issue was resolved the following morning. While not ideal, I appreciated the quick resolution and communication. Mostly just used it as a place to sleep, but the outdoor seating area was an added bonus!
Location was convenient enough and safe - not much in walking distance but close to I-70, 25, and less than 10 minute drive from Tennyson St.

AirSimplicity's AirStream was perfect for my long weekend in Denver! Great location is a quite neighborhood to wind down at the end of the day, but also very accessible to 70 and 76 for getting around Denver! It was my first time staying in an AirStream, as I've always been curious, and this was a perfect way to try it out! The outdoor space is a great addition as well since there's only so much space in a 22ft AirStream! House manual and instructions were clear, and very helpful with the QR Codes and video demonstrations!

Amazing find! This stay was perfect for our Colorado weekend getaway. Check-in was super easy and there were helpful QR codes to explain how everything worked in the Airstream. Hosts were super responsive to any questions and were great about communicating with us. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to experience Denver without having to be in the city.

the hosts were super responsive for any additional needs i might have had throughout my stay, however most everything was covered with the helpful QR codes around the BNB! very cute, we enjoyed the propane grill very much and definitely utilized the fire pit for s’mores. would love to book again

The Airstream was very nice and the instructions around the air stream were very helpful. The only downfall was that the air conditioner inside made a very loud bad screeching sound. We contacted them immediately and they did send out a technician the next morning who confirmed that the motor in the fan was going out. It still got cold enough and worked, the sound was just very annoying. But the owners are made aware and I’m sure are getting it repaired! I appreciated their quick response and technician visit. The problem was unfixable while I was staying there as the tech said that replacing this motor would require ripping out part of the ceiling so nonetheless I appreciated their effort! We were so tired from our adventures we slept through it anyway. ☺️ I would absolutely stay again!

this airbnb stay was very unique
this airbnb stay was very unique. the inside was very clean and well kept. we slept comfortably on the bed and enjoyed it. on the other hand, the outside needed some work. there was garbage on the property upon arrival (napkins, bags, and even a cleaning glove). the grass was very long. another thing about this airbnb was the qr codes were very helpful but to do anything in the airstream, there were several steps. we didn’t realize till the second day that the windows weren’t fully locked upon arrival. also, the propane tank for the water heater and stove wasn’t connected upon arrival so we had to do it ourselves which was kind of a pain. the area felt unsafe to us but the neighborhood the airbnb was in wasn’t bad. you are next to an abandoned house though. my boyfriend and i fit comfortably but if you are on the taller side, it might be a tight fit.

Had a blast at the Airstream
Had a blast at the Airstream. What a great set up. Used the grill and firepit, cooked a few meals in the kitchen. Really had a great couple days. Look forward to a re-book in the future.

My son and I loved our stay in this camper!
My son and I loved our stay in this camper! It was clean and had a great layout. The location was convenient and the neighborhood seemed safe. The instruction manual was pretty clear for most things although the instructions for laying down the dining area into a bed wasn’t accurate and there were no sheets for that bed to be found. I highly recommend looking up a YouTube video and asking for sheets to be provided if you plan to use that extra bed. Also, I would highly recommend bringing ear plugs if you plan to sleep with the furnace or AC on and you like quiet when you sleep.

This place is absolutely wonderful. It was private, comfortable, clean and adorable. I loved that I had a yard, and a safe place to park my car. Each time I returned from being out I felt like I was going home. The hosts were quick to respond to my questions. When I come back to Denver I will be checking this place first for availability. So perfect! Thank you!!!

The trailer was hotel like clean and lived up to the billing. I was in town for some events in Boulder and Morrison (concerts) and needed a central point to stay at between them. This worked perfectly. Easy to navigate around Denver from here with the freeways a quick drive away. Check-in was seamless. Would definitely stay here again if making my way back out to the Front Range.

Very unique spot in, close to a lot of fun stuff
Very unique spot in, close to a lot of fun stuff. Just a warning, if you're over 6 feet tall this may not be the spot for you, felt pretty cramped at times and couldn't stand up straight in the shower. Water filter disconnect is a little weird, but easy once you get the hang of it.

Had an awesome week staying in the airstream! Learning how to manage the water was a breeze after just reading the instructions, we didn’t find this to be a big deal at all. Super modern and cozy inside and an awesome set up outside! Internet worked great for working remote. Hosts were responsive and helpful when we needed them. Would recommend to friends!

The airstream itself had everything we needed. The bedding was a little sparse the first night, but they made it right the next day (we arrived fairly late). I might advise bringing an extra blanket just in case the standard setup isn't warm enough for you.
Throughout the whole process, the host was responsive and faiarly easy to work with. Overall, it was exactly what we were looking for. Would recommend.
