We have booked the place for our 30 year reunion. this place is exactly like the host has described. The kitchen is modern with open concept to dining and living room. We have spent a lot of time together. The gaming room and T.V. room are downstairs. The place is pretty clean and peaceful. We have enjoyed the amenities and had a great time. The house is very close to the highways, shopping and restaurants. Our entire group loved the experience.

CU Graduation Weekend
We were in town for our son’s CU graduation for a long weekend. The house provided a perfect home base for our family to go to and from events. The host was very communicative and responsive to our questions thoughout our stay.

The location of the property was ideal to get to places around the Denver area. It met our needs for my siblings, I and family. Communication from property manager was great. We didn't have any major issues during our stay.

The host was VERY responsive and helpful with my questions and needs. Any time I had issues, they were addressed and resolved. The house was clean, the beds and pillows were comfortable and the water was hot! The house was right next to a highway, which gave us easy access. And I was surprised because it was extremely quiet inside the home. Overall, this was a great place to stay and it was really nice having five adults stay and each of us had our own room.

I was amazed how quiet it was inside the house as we are by the highway. I would’ve love to have a tv up stairs and maybe a fan in the rooms but other than that .. this is a gem in area.

This place is close to the highways and a quick 15min drive to downtown Denver. You can hear the traffic from the highway while in the backyard but there is a sound barrier to help mitigate. We checked in with a group of 5 people. AirSimplicity was very responsive. We wanted to check in 30 minutes early since we needed to put our bags away to go grab a late lunch. They were more than willing to accommodate us since the cleaning crew has left. The only issue that we encounter were that the linen Hassan little stains and hairs on them. This was a minor issue to us since we were able to wash/dry them and place them back into the beds and into the bathrooms. Overall, the home was clean, water was hot, and the host were really great! Would definitely recommend them for larger groups

This house is very clean and comfortable for a group stay. The backyard is a little noisy because it backs up to the freeway, though we didn't spend much time out there, so it wasn't that big of a deal. Otherwise it was easy to find and exactly what we were looking for.

This home is perfect if you’re looking to be close to the city without all the traffic. The home is right next to the highway for when you want to go somewhere, but you don’t hear the road noise at all when in the home. The host was very responsive during our stay and the home was very clean and organized.

The pictures match the property-don't be afraid of the lack of curb appeal as the inside is lovely. Seems recently updated. There is a hair dryer, but if you have long hair bring your own. The kitchen seems stocked, but we did not cook. The beds were comfortable. Everything is white which is nice, but maybe have a dark colored wash cloths so the white towels don't get messed up from make up (not an issue for me),
The basement is a bit cold which my boys loved! The property is near stores, restaurants and easy on and off the major highways that take you to all the destinations.
The management company and owner are very nice to work with. When you leave you text checkout-take a tip from me and do not make that text until you have literally backed out of the driveway because we got locked out a bit too soon.

The neighborhood is close to the freeway so our trips downtown were quick and easy. The manager was super quick to respond to my inquiries before, during, and after my trip. This was exactly what my colleague and I were looking for. The house was very clean and had everything we needed down to shampoo/conditioner/lotion. The location of the house is next to a highway, so there is some noise that travels, but quiet in the house. Neighborhood is fairly active, but neighbors were very nice. Owners responded to questions within minutes.
