We had a great stay here! The owners were super responsive and friendly. The location was great, and walkable to many restaurants. It was such a cozy place and worked out great for my family of 6. We rented both units and it was perfect! I loved the older/vintage charm of this place. The backyard was great to sit and drink coffee in the morning, while watching the birds, squirrels, and rabbits. We would definitely stay here again, we were very comfortable and close to everything we wanted to do!

Although the listing says 4 bedrooms, one of the bedrooms is more of a daybed outside of the downstairs bathroom. It does not have a closet and has windowed french doors. Overall, it was perfect for my stay.

It was a great stay! We had everything we needed for our family of 5. My kids all had their own space. It was centrally located and easily accessible to everywhere we wanted to go. It’s stated, but just make sure you know one of the bathrooms with a shower is connected to a bedroom that you will have to walk through. Not a problem for us, but take note! Thank you for a lovely stay in Colorado Springs!

My family and I had a wonderful stay. The home was clean, peaceful and central location. We were able to walk to downtown and all of its restaurants and cute shops. We will definitely come to stay again!

Class Reunion
A group of friends were in town to attend our reunion at CC. We were suite-mates in college and the house was a great way to spend time together and take a trip down memory lane. Proximity to downtown was great and we also walked to the college.

Didn’t appreciate that this was a split property when booked, this was only disclosed after we arrived. When we were there it was 91f and the window airco units really could not keep the property cool, especially upstairs. Really needs an upgrade to the airco units. When at altitude and very warm at night, does not make for a pleasant nights sleep.
Overall the property was great, but these things would make it better.

We had a great stay with our family
We had a great stay with our family. It had a LARGE backyard which our dogs loved. It was walkable to downtown. Quick drive to any other places we wanted to visit. The duplex layout was ideal for the family aspect. Gave lots of room to spread out. The two living rooms however are small so there is not a comfortable space for gathering for 3+ people. Also wish we could have utilized the backyard some more by having backyard furniture. Overall, we would visit again! We loved Colorado Springs.

Cozy and Comfy Cottage
Our family flew into town for a family wedding. Seven adults and one baby! The four bedrooms were just what we needed. Each of us had privacy if needed and common areas to gather and visit as well! The house offered everything we needed for our five night stay. I would recommend this house for families to gather. The house was much more comfortable than if we each had a hotel room. A Pack N Play was also available for our little one. We enjoyed our stay! The only sad thing is leaving to go back home. We appreciate the hospitality and hope to rerun one day!

We enjoyed the time spent there
We enjoyed the time spent there. There was a little trouble with booking and request/offers from what I assume were automated emails. The only negative was that the pictures really made it look much bigger then it felt when we got there. The rooms were small and tight, especially the bathroom upstairs. However good use of wide angle lenses make it look much more inviting. Overall good but not great. It was fine for us and worked out well.

Downtown gem! Booked the entire home for guests visiting from out of town. Both units were clean, updated and well equipped. Our guests loved being so close to downtown but in a quiet neighborhood. Will keep on our list for future visitors!

We had a rehearsal dinner in Old Colorado Springs @ the Phantom Canyon Brewing Company which took a whole whopping 5 min to get there because the airbnb house was soooo close! The wedding was further out @ Younger Ranch, but still, the accessibility to getting to the highway to and from the airbnb house was fantastic! So many parks, so many cute local shopping stores, so many food choices!! Everything was absolutely amazing!

The wedding was further out @ Younger Ranch, but still, the accessibility to getting to the highway to and from the airbnb house was fantastic!
