The kitchen features a spacious island and bar, filled with natural light and skyline views from the main-area windows. It’s equipped with modern stainless steel appliances and fully stocked with everything you need to cook like a pro—from cookware and bakeware to stylish dishware. With ample counter space, you won’t miss a thing while preparing everything from a quick breakfast to a full feast. Start your mornings with the drip coffee maker and enjoy a generous supply of complimentary coffee.

SECURITY CAMERAS: For security purposes, the property has an exterior camera facing the alleyway and a doorbell camera. Both are located outside and do not monitor any interior spaces.

SERVICES: Once a week, our team will stop by to take out the trash. They won’t enter the home but will access the garage with a code. You might also see snow removal in winter or lawn care in summer. These visits may or may not fall during your stay.

NO SMOKING: Smoking of any kind is forbidden inside and will result in a minimum fine of $500.

CHILD PROOFING: While some childproofing measures have been taken, the property is not completely childproof. Guests acknowledge and accept responsibility for any risks to children or infants while they are on the premises.

Enjoy the neighborhood’s shared outdoor spaces with shaded pavilions, cornhole games, a ping pong table, and a cozy wood-burning fireplace—perfect for unwinding or spending time together. You’ll also find charcoal grills throughout the community parks (just bring your own charcoal and please clean up after use), plus multiple playgrounds for kids of all ages. The home is an easy walk to the Gaylord Rockies Convention Center, making it super convenient for conferences, events, or a fun day out. Guests can also grab a day pass for the resort-style pool or stop by for seasonal and holiday events, all while enjoying beautiful Denver-area views.
