This is hands down the most well-planned Airbnb I’ve ever attended, ESPECIALLY for a space where the owner lives upstairs. The entrance, yard, and space are so private. Sheets are SO soft, pillows are amazing, the sound machines are the best touch for the perfect sleep! We loved the back yard and the location in general in reference to activities (1.5 hrs from Rocky Mountain and close activities). A great place to stay with kids especially! We felt right at home washing laundry, cooking, and sleeping well. The hot tub was such a great way to relax!

We also loved the fire pit. We took turns reading Stephen King’ “Misery” next to the fire 🔥. The neighborhood and hosts were very quiet. I slept wonderfully. The beds were comfortable and the bedrooms were pitch black and quiet. It was a special time to bond with my wonderful son on his 18th birthday, and, although I love them, frankly it was a nice break from our two large and excessively friendly golden retrievers hah ha! We stayed only one night but would definitely stay again!

The fire pit and hot tub in the backyard were fabulous, and we would have played cornhole but it was too cold. She put welcome notes throughout the house when we arrived, and very clear directions for both entry and info about the house. Supplied some bottled water, sodas and snacks, along with a reminder for out of state guests to drink water to avoid altitude issues. We are local so didn't need it, but I have not seen that in any places we have stayed in the past

The outside has its own private yard with a hot tub, table for picnics, comfy lounge chairs around a fire pit, a grill and even included the game corn hole! Over all a very nice place to land! We especially enjoyed the enormous private outdoor area, which came equipped with a cozy fireplace that was perfect for unwinding after the shows. Communication with Nicole was a breeze, as she was always responsive and easy to reach. Overall, we had a fantastic time and would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay near Red Rocks.

The place was so cute and clean. I loved the colors chosen for the place. The decor was bright and lively and the lighting throughout added a modern chic feel. Big and fully furnished kitchen would make this an ideal place for a multi day stay. The one and only criticism is there was quite a bit of foot traffic above (space is in the basement) until late. I am a light sleeper and found it a little distracting. This would not prevent me from booking here again. Overall a great spot.

This place was beyond 5 stars. Nicole’s place was so clean and exactly how it looked in the photos! Very nicely decorated with a cozy artificial fireplace, record player, and board games to play. I forgot to bring shampoo, body wash, and shaving cream but Nicole had all those things waiting for me to use (along with a brand new loofa). Even though you are in the downstairs of the house, it feels like your own apartment, and I did not hear Nicole or anyone else once! Nicole was great at communicating everything to us. I cannot recommend this place enough, such an awesome stay!

Nicole’s place was extremely inviting from the time we unlocked the entryway door. There is a private entrance through a private backyard. The place itself is secure and full of charm. Nicely decorated with plenty of comforts from home. Fully stocked kitchen with the convenience of condiments and probably little leave behinds. We left a few things as well. Same with the bathroom. If you forget an item, you’ll most likely find something suitable there. Water was hot and a/c was awesome. Quiet neighborhood in a central location between airport, Denver, Red Rocks, National and other parks. Nicole was very responsive to our inquiries. There is also a guide from the host with suggestions of places to eat and visit. We went to a couple of them. One being I think, View House and the other Voodoo Donuts. Both amazing! We were there a total of 5 nights. My husband and I agree, overall great stay!

The owners are very helpful with providing detailed instructions, a guest guide, and prompt communication if any questions do come up. The location is PERFECT. My only regret is that we didn’t use the backyard as much as we wanted to! Overall, an outstanding place and would recommend for anyone wanting the full Denver experience.

This basement apartment was absolutely perfect for a short stay just outside of Denver to attend a Red Rocks concert. The place was immaculate and the hostess was super gracious and easy to communicate with. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed and the personalized notes and snacks made us feel right at home. Our only regret is that we couldn't stay longer to enjoy the cute backyard area with firepit and cornhole boards! Would definitely come back again.

Nicole even had us set up with a bottle of wine and a box of chocolates congratulating us on our marriage. The space was very clean, I enjoyed having a washer and dryer so we could pack clean clothes back. Nicole went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and we did. That being said we like to keep to ourselves and aren't social butterflies. We didn't see or hear from her except once when we reached out to ask about recommendations. 10/10 we couldn't have asked for a better host. We loved the tiki path and corn hole! We didn't want to leave and can't wait to come back and stay here next time we are in Denver!

It was easy to locate and find the space. The house was clean and just as pictured. So much space for the price. We liked that our 2 kids could have their own beds in their own room. This property is a basement converted into an apartment, so there is a pretty steep staircase to navigate. Very private, with separate back entrance. Cute patio for your use. By far the best Bnb I have stayed at. From the communication to home absolutely worth every dollar. My fiancé and are were beyond happy with everything about this stay and will definitely be repeat visitors . Made our first trip to Denver that more impressionable.

We stayed here for one night on our way through Denver. The decor is beautiful and well maintained. The record player is great for listening to music and connects to your phone. The back yard had a nice sitting area where you can play bean bags. But my favorite part was the guest booklet left by the owners with recommendations for local spots and tips for living in the mile high city. You could really tell they cared. Oh and I can’t forget, 420 friendly, which was also much appreciated.
I hope to stay here again on a longer trip next time.

This place is incredible. They truly go above and beyond to ensure a comfortable and special stay. From the spacious, beautifully decorated space with room to do morning yoga, to the record player and ambient fireplace, to the stocked kitchen and bathroom cabinets, to the private backyard space with bags and a gas fireplace - we were blown away! I certainly wouldn't mind getting snowed in here for a while and could definitely live here 😅
We had family come to town from Albuquerque for a show at Red Rocks and the 4 of us thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The house being so close to Red Rocks was a HUGE plus!

This place is as great as it looks in pictures. The beds are very comfortable, there is no traffic noise, and it is conveniently located if you want to hit hiking trails on the west side of Denver. Nicole and Cassandra are friendly and have done a great job with the space.
