We had a very comfortable stay here for the summer while waiting for our house to be repaired. It was a nice home away from home in a quiet neighborhood with the amenities we needed for my husband and I and our baby. We enjoyed walks to Prospect Park across the street and easy access to I-70. The host was very responsive, proactive, and made sure we were comfortable. Thank you for having us!

The house is in good shape and comfortable. The wifi was fast comcast, with the base router in this unit. There’s plenty of space and it was very easy to work from here. The neighborhood is quiet and kind of in the middle of nowhere, but if you go to the south there’s a small park and padestrian and bike paths that go all the way to Golden and downtown Denver. I enjoyed having convenient access to these trails.

We had a great stay. Way better than a hotel. Says it sleeps 6 but there were only two queens. The couch is a vinyl of some sort and uncomfortable to sleep on…plus there wasn’t extra bedding for two more people. I may be confused but that was my only issue. Otherwise everything was great! For 2 of us, the space was more than enough for our weekend stay. The average travel time to most destinations were between 15 & 20 minutes which I really liked. The only con which is really a personal issue was the firmness of the beds. I slept well regardless though and thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

Check in was easy, the house was clean and the decorations and backyard was very cute. This is one of the easiest and most comfortable Airbnb stays I've yet to experience. I highly recommend this property and this host for anyone visiting Colorado for the first time! My only additional feedback would be to provide at least one more set of towels for more than 2 guests staying (we had 4 people), but that's minor. Overall, a wonderful stay!

This was the cutest place to get away for a few days with couple of friends. It had everything we needed! We came here primarily for the closeness to the red rocks amphitheater for a concert, which was about 20 min away. All of the other things we wanted to see outside the city were about and 1-1.5 hour drive in either direction we went, so it was perfect! The host was available and friendly when we had questions. We would definitely stay here again!

You know that feeling when you step into an Airbnb and it's nicer than your own home? That's what this place was like. It was sparkling clean and the perfect location for us on a quiet residential street less than five minutes to 70. The kitchen was well equipped and there was laundry soap, shampoo and conditioner and everything we needed for our stay. The beds and couch were super comfy, internet was fast, and John was great about communicating how to get in and replying to our needs during our stay. We will definitely come back!

We absolutely loved John’s place! We stayed there for about 6 weeks. It’s only about a 13 minute drive to RiNo and you are also so close to Golden and the mountains. The space is great and we really felt at home and comfortable in John’s place. The internet is stellar and we were able to hold multiple zoom calls. Also it’s really close to the green belt so a great way to get out and exercise.

I stayed there for nearly 3 months, and it was well worth it. It was great having a dedicated parking spot in the driveway. The place is quite spacious and stocked with all the amenities. The wifi was dependable and more than sufficient for 2 people. The hosts were very responsive if anything came up that needed attention. I would absolutely stay there again!
