Our group of 8 golfers rented both units so everyone had their own bedroom. Overall it was a good value based on the few other options that were available. Beds were comfortable, the house was clean upon arrival. Only a few things that were an issue…the construction company behind the house makes quite a bit of noise early mornings when work crews load trailers and leave and there is a bit of traffic around the house driveways during that time. Overall it did not create a problem for us since we were up early to golf, but for someone sleeping past 7am it would definitely wake them up. The management company warned us in advance of our arrival so it was not a surprise.
Also, the carpets had been cleaned recently which was good, but the house had a musty smell from the damp carpets that required us to open all windows every evening while we were there. We never could get rid of the smell.
If my group travels to Denver again for golf we will consider this house as an option.
