A large family group with age range from 7 months to 75 years required a house with many sleeping accommodations to attend a Celebration of Life for the family matriarch. Friends/family could visit for meals and socialization so the house worked well for that function also. Location was a plus as it was easy to get downtown for various events or yo our old neighborhood in SW Denver. A tremendous bonus, especially for the children, was the proximity to Sloan’s Lake playground and the excellent TV options including Disney +. (I think a 4 year old grand daughter watched “Frozen” every day!)
