These houses were a great rental for our group of 15. One of the few places in Denver that had a bed for everyone instead of air mattresses and couches. The place was very clean and had plenty of utensils and plates to work with in the kitchen. There were smart TVs in every room. Bathrooms were very nice and towels and soap were provided. I would say the backyards left a little bit to be desired – there wasn’t any backyard furniture and there was a tiny electric grill. Also the two units weren’t adjoining, they were next to each other but not attached. Would’ve been nice to have connectivity between the two in the yard. Overall good location, good stay, and good value for what we paid.
