I can not recommend this place enough. It was beautiful. We saw deer every morning. Very peaceful. The home had everything we could have asked for. We didn’t have little kids but this place is a dream for kids (lots of toys and movies). Beds were comfortable and host provided a lot of necessities (toilet paper, paper towels, blankets, shampoo/conditioner, spices). Hosts were very responsive and easy to work with. Our first time in Colorado was perfect. Was close enough to Garden of the Gods for a quick trip. You are a bit out of delivery range for the town but the house had everything you would need to cook all meals. Would gladly book with this host again.
