Sleeping arrangements
Three thoughtfully furnished bedrooms ensure restful nights after a day of mountain adventures. The main-level primary suite features a king bed, 45” Smart TV, and French doors that open directly to the patio. The ensuite bathroom includes a shower/tub combo, dual vanities, and plush towels. Upstairs, a second bedroom offers a queen bed and serene views, while a third bedroom features a twin-over-queen bunk - perfect for families or friends traveling together. In the loft, a sofa sleeper provides extra sleeping space.
Living spaces
The open-concept main level combines rustic charm with modern comfort. Vaulted ceilings, bay windows, and rich wood finishes create a warm, light-filled atmosphere. A freestanding wood stove provides a cozy focal point, while the 65” Smart TV offers entertainment after sunset. The dining table seats six, with additional seating for four at the granite-topped kitchen island. The fully equipped kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, stone counters, and all the cookware and basics you need for home-cooked meals.
Upstairs, the loft serves as a multi-use space - play board games, curl up with a book, or set up at the dedicated workspace for remote work. The garage has been transformed into a game room with foosball, pop-a-shot basketball, and an extra fridge for drinks and snacks.
Outdoor living
Two expansive decks frame the home, offering different ways to enjoy the outdoors. The front patio delivers sweeping mountain views, an outdoor dining set, firepit, propane grill, and comfortable seating. Out back, the jetted hot tub offers a soothing retreat after hiking or skiing, surrounded by quiet forest and string lights that make evenings magical.

Notes
SUMMER: It is uncommon for mountain homes to have AC. The home does not have AC but has various windows that can be opened with ceiling fans in the bedrooms and living areas.
WINTER: Please note that this home is on a sloped road and elevated property. From late October to late April, AWD OR 4WD VEHICLES ARE REQUIRED due to potential snowfall. Winter storms typically bring about 5" of snow and our steep driveway requires proper snow-handling vehicles. Local roads and the driveway are plowed but 4WD or AWD vehicles are a must, especially in winter and bad weather. We're not responsible for stuck vehicles or access issues. Thanks for your understanding!
During icy, wet, or slippery weather conditions, please use extra caution when walking on the exterior stairs, patio deck and on the walkways. We are not responsible for any injuries or accidents resulting from slips or falls on the property. However, we will do our best to keep the driveway, stairs, and home entrances cleared and safe for all of our guests.
For safety and security purposes, we have a Ring doorbell security camera on the outside of the property at the front door. There are absolutely no cameras inside the home.
Events are subject to approval. Please note event fees will apply.
Please note that smoking of any kind is forbidden inside AND outside the home and will result in a minimum fine of $650.

Access
Transit
For guests staying from late October through late April, a 4WD vehicle is required. Most winter storms will provide about 5" of snow at one time. The road and our driveway is steep and can be problematic for cars not properly equipped to handle snow. The neighborhood roads and driveway are regularly plowed as needed during the winter months.
