This was a perfect day for our family reunion and event.
We rented two townhouses side-by-side for a family reunion and the violins of Hope event, and it could not have been any better. Having the Holmes next to each other made a large family gathering very easy and convenient. The houses were nicely appointed, spacious, and comfortable with plenty of room, so we never felt crowded.
The kitchens were well stocked with quality pots, pans and sharp knives (a rare treat in a rental). The fast Wi-Fi was a big plus and the location was ideal – close to Costco in King Soopers for stocking up on food for our group, minutes from downtown Denver and centrally located all the activities. Including a fun trip to Blackhawk. The management company, airsimplicity was excellent. They were friendly, responsive, and very accommodating both a check in and check out. We would absolutely stay with them again at one of their other properties. If you’re considering these townhouses, you’ll be happy.

Visited Denver with a group of 18 friends for our buddy’s wedding. With the bride and groom local, I dreamed to find a house that could accommodate the rest of us so we could maximize every minute of the trip.
Our experience with this AirSimplicity listing was flawless from the initial inquiry, through the weekend, and beyond when the inevitable lost item turned up after check out. Reliable communication at every turn.
The unique split duplex arrangement allowed the group to break into a more reasonable 9 / 9, without having to drive around town to meet up. Hard to tell from the photos but the units are in fact separated, yet close enough they may as well be connected.
Big picture summary: Every guest slept comfortably (whether in a couple or single), There were somehow plenty of places to get ready, and the Common areas/backyard were spacious enough for some fun. Not a ton of privacy back there but that was never an issue.

We had a great time! Outside of some initial confusion about which unit was which, everything was smooth.
The pictures do make it seem like it’s both side of a single building, but it’s actually two halves of two buildings! Did not make any material difference, but we had to make sure to orient ourselves correctly.

Great House!
Our group was in town for an athletic event, and the house was spacious, There was enough room to relax, play games, and the ability/area to serve meals for our group was large enough. A quiet neighborhood, it was a bright comfortable house.

Stayed at two vrbos next to each other. Had a little confusion as to which was nits where ours. Once it was straightened out the stay was great.

We recently stayed at this property with a large group and had the most amazing experience! The house easily accommodated our big group of 10 people and provided ample space and comfortable sleeping arrangements for everyone. The location of the house was also a huge plus, with easy access to all of the hot spots in the city that we wanted to visit - within 15-20 minutes drive. Our host was extremely helpful and responsive to all of our needs throughout our stay, which made our trip seamless and enjoyable from start to finish!

The homes were perfect as they were listed. The only problem was during the winter snow time, the streets were not cleared of snow. That has nothing to do with the host, but just a warning.

The home was perfect for all our guest to sleep comfortable. Home was new and clean. We are very very picky and the home worked for everyone. Beds were comfortable. We had a family brunch by a local chef and the home accommodated all of our needs to cook and serve the family. I was worried about the room with a “sofa bed”. It was perfect. The family member that stayed down there had a their own bedroom and a door to lock. Will definitely stay again.

We had an absolutely amazing time! Everything about our stay was perfect. The homes were perfect for accommodating a party of our size. Everything was clean and ready for us. The houses were well stocked with everything we would need and the beds were comfy. We enjoyed spending time exploring the area and we also enjoyed relaxing in the beautiful backyard. Next time we come to Denver we would absolutely stay here again!

The kitchen could use a few more items (can opener, food storage containers…), and I wish we had more towels, but those really are the only critiques I have. The bedrooms were comfortable and clean, and have amazing blackout blinds. The living areas are nice and welcoming. The backyard situation was a bit confusing to figure out from the listing: there are two separate yards- with a fence between. But each is spacious and we loved that cornhole/bags were there to play. The property manager was quick to reply to any questions we had, and I would love to stay here again in the future.

Perfect Airbnb for big groups or a bachelorette party. We fit 16 girls for a bachelorette party. Everyone got a bed and it was EXTREMELY clean. We even had a luxury picnic in the backyard because it was so spacious. It was also 10 mins from everything, LOHI, RINO, Downtown. Would highly recommend!

Master bedroom was huge. Lots of well appointed sleeping space. Kitchen was well-stocked. A/C stopped working and they had someone out same day to fix it. Ran out of dishwashing soap and there was more delivered next morning. Neighborhood was on the edge of a rough part of town, but if you stayed near the college campus, it felt safe.

The houses was clean, well kept and a quiet neighborhood. The communication with the owner and myself was very pleasant. They responded quickly. Beautiful houses, exactly as described! It was easy to walk right next door and such a perfect stay for our big family. They had a fully-stocked kitchen with lots of pots, pans, spices, and even some vegetable oil. A great set-up for cooking for the whole group. The houses were cozy and had extra pillows and linens to accommodate all of us.
