Home was new and very clean. Large dining table easily fit our group of 7 adults and 3 kids. We liked having a usable garage for parking cars. Easy access to freeways. Host was responsive when we called at 9:00 pm on first day for missing linens for pullout sofas. Neighborhood was older but this duplex and a few others in the area look to be brand new. Overall a great stay.

This place was absolutely amazing just as described by AirSimplicity, this place was exactly like the photos except there is a TV in the master bedroom! Checkin was swift and easy my family and I stayed for Christmas, the place is very moderate and comfortable my son loved the downstairs basement room, the backyard was very large it was very peaceful we couldn’t hear any of the neighbors or nothing I would definitely book again in the future. The only very small problem we had was the burners on the stove one didn’t come on and the other one was very low I did reach out to the host and they responded very quickly and even offered to send someone over no one came but it was ok cause it was Christmas Eve but I still was able to prepare our Christmas dinner with no problem. This place is absolutely beautiful! Thank you.

Stayed here for a couple of days while visiting with a group of friends. The place was great! Good communication with the host and also easy check in/out .

My wife and I were in town for a week…
My wife and I were in town for a week and were looking for a place that had some space without spending a lot of money. We stumbled upon this house and it it had everything we were looking for at a very reasonable price. Was it too much space for just the two of us? Sure, but the nightly fee was well worth it.
The place is really quite large and has all the modern amenities you would look for in a home. The kitchen was well equipped with cutlery, pots and pans, as well as glasses. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms that I think the place could easily accommodate 10 people. Although you are attached to another unit, the location is incredibly quiet. The back yard is HUGE. If you are staying with kids, this is a great space with plenty of room for them to play inside or outside. The garage is quite large and could easily accommodate two vehicles with another two easily fitting in the driveway.
Perhaps the only real con is the neighborhood. It definitely feels like a neighborhood that is "up and coming." We didn't feel unsafe, but it leaves a bit to be desired. The bonus on the location was being a short drive from Tennyson street, which is really nice and full of great restaurants. You are also close to all major highways and can easily get to 70 or 25, depending on where you need to go.
All in all it was a great stay.

Beautiful house, location, and price! Perfect spot to get anywhere and beautiful neighborhood. Host had great communication and perfect instructions for easy check in and check out. Very pleased with the stay. Jealous of how nice the spot was and that I have to go back to mine!

I great place to stay that fits the whole family and offers enough to keep the kids entertained. Didn’t take long to get comfortable and the house had everything we needed. They do have a no shoes on the carpet rule which is understandable but was a bit of a hassle if you’re on your way out and forget something upstairs since the entire upstairs and basement areas are carpet. Just plan accordingly so you don’t have to untie and retire your shoelaces so much x)

Very nice place to stay near downtown without being IN downtown. Quiet and friendly neighborhood. Lots of room to spread out and plenty of kitchen amenities. Wish a few more windows had shades for privacy (especially at night). This may be in the listing, but the 4th bedroom is in the basement which wasn't ideal with small children.

We were a short ride to Coors Field and a 25 minute walk to the Berkeley area on Tennyson Street, where there were a lot of restaurants and breweries.

This was such a beautiful and modern property to stay at! The home was clean and equipped with everything you need and the yard is the perfect size to spend some time outside. The handbook they provide you is so helpful, with information such as how to check-in/out and many recommendations for dining and different activities for everyone. Overall, it was a great experience staying here and I would definitely recommend!
