We disburse payments monthly, typically on the 15th. Your first payout will take slightly longer due to initial onboarding expenses, but subsequent payments will follow this regular schedule. All transactions are processed through Clearing, and you’ll receive a detailed breakdown of revenue, expenses, commission, and net payout for each period.

  1. Guest Booking: The Guest pays through the booking platform
  2. Platform Payout: AirSimplicity receives payment within 24 hours of check-in
  3. Processing: We deduct the management fee and expenses
  4. Owner Payout: Net amount deposited to your account monthly (typically on the 15th)
