Loved John’s space! Keep in mind there are 8 bedrooms total. BUT it is like an upstairs/downstairs duplex! You do have to walk outside to access the downstairs unit. We didn’t mind it. Beds were super comfy!!! John was quick in his response to an issue we had and even called to resolve it. They do mention a noise monitor in their description but it’s not like strict. (Of course we weren’t partying) but we had our 10 people in the downstairs unit just fellowshipping before splitting off to bed and we had our speaker and were laughing and stuff and received no complaints of noise from John. You are secluded so even as you enjoy the Denver green festivities outside you don’t have prying eyes. About 25 min from airport. 25 min from downtown. Plenty of space for parking. Only thing that could be added is more mirrors. We had a lot of women on the trip and just some room mirrors would have been a huge help with getting ready!
