We were a large group looking for a base between Denver and Boulder, and this place was great for what we were looking for. A ton of space, a stocked kitchen, and comfortable to hang out in. We ordered in or cooked most nights, and the place had everything we needed. There was an odd incident with aggressive locals – we came back to a misdelivered food order at the doorstep, but we chucked the food given the time stamp on the receipt and figured this type of issue would be handled by the delivery service. When someone came knocking (delivery driver? customer that somehow figured out the incorrect delivery address?) and we didn’t want to open the door to strangers at night, they were not happy. We gestured through the window but they continued to bang aggressively on the door, and didn’t want to leave. Thankfully that was our last night there. Always remember stay alert in unfamiliar areas! Better safe than sorry.
