Wonderful response time with the unforeseen issues we had, they had roadwork we were unaware of so we had to park a block away for the weekend and went a half day with water shut off but they did make up for the inconvenience and it’s much appreciated, lower level is smaller than expected but worked great for our group light fixtures go on and off frequently and up stairs guests were quite noisy we could hear everything but they were also very nice I’m sure they could hear us as well outdoors is the golden nugget of this rental we loved it and they provided wood for the fire but we didn’t have access to the ping pong garage and none of the rooms had blackout curtains.
