This home is exactly as described. It is beautiful and combines the original building from 1888 with modern conveniences and decor. It accommodated our group of 6 well for games and hanging out. The kitchen has basic cooking utensils and pots/pans. Keep in mind that the building is historic, so you need to plan out where you want your water used. We ran laundry when we went out for the day and the dishwasher when we went to sleep, otherwise there was not enough water for showers. The hot water did not reach well to the second floor, but it could be because it was near zero degrees at times. We all used the shower off the kitchen, which was blissfully hot and wonderful. If you have a huge group, there are three homes on the block owned by the same owner. There was an adorable store a block away with fresh eggs and bacon. The view is spectacular and it is a safe, fun neighborhood.
