My response is based on the quality for the price. We paid $275/night, with taxes it was closer to $300. So near $1000 for a 3 night stay. For that much money, I am expecting a higher quality. The place was clean, but very minimal furnishings. Was it adequate? Yes. Again, my review is based on what we got for what we paid.

Pros:
Very clean
Host was very responsive & helpful
Was flexible on check-in time

Cons:
It appears to have been a beat up home that they tried to revive at minimal costs. Repaired walls don’t match paint color, towels are frayed on ends with strings dangling, minimal number of towels for size of place, window treatments did not fit windows.

Duvet was on bed with no insert & only one extra blanket in the whole place.

Bath tub did not have stopper, small children would not be able to take a bath.

Lots of games, but the game pieces were missing.
