The host is very accommodating and quick to respond to any questions. The place itself is nice for a private getaway. Small but has everything you need. This is definitely somewhere to stay when you’re looking for an isolated experience by nature. Leadville is about 25 minutes away and has shopping/restaurants. Make sure you buy groceries in case you don’t feel like going out at night. The view of the surrounding mountains is spectacular. Overall a great experience.
