We loved the cool AC, three private bedrooms, though a few tiny maintenance issues would make it better. We loved that there was a comfy couch and tv and full kitchen and washer/dryer. Comfy beds-AC compressor is super loud outside one of the Bedrooms but given the heat I was willing to put up with it. There is a hot tub but the guests before us had thrown a raucous party…didn’t seem clean. We were early and had to wait outside for the cleaners to finish emptying the house of solo cups, recycling, and shot glasses and cleaning it up. I had hoped to put my car in the garage but the hosts use the garage to store recycling. They prefer guests to park on the street. We were able to negotiate keeping the car in the driveway which was great-brought our stuff inside to be safe. The neighborhood is okay but not super gentrified. This is not a house that anyone lives in -the hosts seem to be a group but they were responsive and the place worked for us!
