AirSimplicity was VERY communicative and accommodating. The unfortunate part is that the WiFi wasn’t working, the downstairs renters were loud, it’s an interesting location on a busy street and unfortunately the fridge/freezer broke a few days before we got there. It’s not what we had hoped for, but they were wonderful people to work with and wanted to make everything “right.”
