Always very quick to respond, only saw the owner once and she was very nice. Safe quiet area, easy street parking, great location for everything we wanted to do- minutes from downtown, 20 minutes from Redrocks. 1.5 hrs from Garden of the Gods and Pikes Peak. Comfy bed and AC worked great though we didn’t need it much!Great location for our girls trip!
