Great place, lots of room for a big group. Plenty of bed space. Kitchen was very accommodating. Beds comfortable. Colfax St was sketchy as we drove down towards property, but once we turned on Utica, neighborhood was very nice. Parking is tricky. You can fit several vehicles in the driveway. It is long and narrow. The street is very narrow and a lot of cars that park there, so not much parking there. And tricky getting out of driveway due to cars on street. That was the only concern. Everything else was perfect for a big group. Would definitely stay again!
