Went with a group of 6. House was perfect with all the space. 2 rooms are in the basement so we actually ended up not using them. It was mainly women in the group and we didn’t feel comfortable so we paired up in the upstairs. Nothing wrong but just not use to basements like that. We have small appliances issues but nothing that was an inconvenience but they are aware and hopefully they get fixed for the next renters. Great area. 30 min from downtown Denver. I for sure would love to rent this house again as I know I’ll be back in the future.
