Great house – didn’t love all the sheds out back and the house number was not super well marked. Uber’s had a hard time locating the house and there was no sidewalk to stand outside the property, just unpaved gravel. A bit further outside of Denver than I realized, easily over 30 minutes with traffic. House was everything we asked for. Downstairs unit very updated, much nicer than upstairs. Air Simplicity answered every question and were great to work with. Overall would recommend.
