We loved staying at the Stargazer. We are a family of four, including boys ages 19 and 21, plus a large dog. The amount of space was perfect and gave us room to spread out. The beds are super comfortable and the bedding high quality. For such an old building we were surprised how warm and tight it is, with no drafts. We loved the proximity to the old historic village and the open space and hiking trails. The inn & saloon and the general store were closed when we were there, but we were aware of this in advance, and shopped for all of our food before arriving. This arrangement works well for us because we enjoy cooking, and the kitchen had most of what we needed in terms of supplies. We also went into BV one night for dinner, and enjoyed some x-country skiing at the Tennessee Pass Nordic Center. Thank you for not offering a TV. 😀
