There were a couple little glitches upon arrival. Front porch light was not on/didn’t work, difficult to see the path upon arrival. Kitchen light didn’t work upon arrival. I notified AirSimplicity and was instructed to see if a breaker was thrown. I then had to ask where the breaker box was located. It was in the back yard, it was dark, and very difficult to open. I found the thrown breaker and resolved the kitchen light outage. Maintenance had to repair the front porch light the next day. Overall the house was excellent and served our needs. It was very clean and in good repair. My 86 year old Mother-in-Law was initially disappointed with the TV because none of us could figure out how to just watch TV. Written instructions near the TV would have been very useful. It may have been an internet connection problem because after maintenance visited the TV worked (Mother-in-Law was happy!).
