This place was great. Ultimately it was perfect for what we needed and was able to accommodate our large group of about 18 people. There was a minor altercation with an owner the next day due to a noise complaint and a small drywall incident in one of the stairwells. Just keep in mind that these two units are separate houses. So each one shares a wall with neighbors. The advertisement shows availability to sleep 20 people but seems counterproductive given the close neighbors and the noise that will inevitably come with 20 people. Overall great experience but something tells me any group of this size planning to stay up later than 10pm is going to have noise complaints in the future.
