There is no AC as described in the listing and it does get pretty toasty. There is a fan and window unit in the living area that help. Other reviews mentioned this but the shower does not have a wall clip so it was a little difficult to hold while showering. We did not see a washer and dryer or an iron in the unit if you need to wash or de-wrinkle anything. Other than that the place was a great getaway. It was a good value for the places we looked at in the area!
