The home was perfect for our group of 5 adults. We were comfortable and had plenty of space. We were only in town for a long weekend to attend a show out at Red Rocks and visit with friends. The location was perfect home base as everything we needed was within a short drive. The home was clean and matched the description and host was easy to communicate with. We were a bit cold in the home in the evenings as the thermostat is locked at 70 but there were ample blankets available throughout the house so it wasn’t a big deal. Check in and check out was smooth and easy. The house manual was very helpful too. We all agreed we would stay here again.
