The cabin was fantastic. It snowed and the lakes were frozen so we didn’t get to see the beautiful blue water but did spot a couple ice fishers. 4×4 or AWD is absolutely needed in wet weather. The road leading up to the cabin is not paved but it was decently level and didn’t contain any debris. Download the check-in instructions before you get there as service is very very spotty. The closest food options are a 30 minute drive one way. We’re already planning to go back in the summer months when we can fully enjoy the lakes, cook on the grill, etc.
