Let me first say that the cabin was fantastic. It easily sleeps 5 people, has ample space to spread out and hang around with friends, and offers a quiet area for awesome vacationing. That being said, one of the big reasons I booked this listing was because of the hot tub which unfortunately was broken and couldn’t be fixed during our stay. I learned later that some bad weather had knocked out the power to the hot tub, which is out of the control of the host so I can’t be mad about that. What was a little frustrating was the lack of helpful responses regarding the hot tub once we brought it up. The responses came back very quickly but usually said something like “we’ll get back to you shortly” but they never did. Each day I had to ask about it again and it seemed that I was always communicating with a different person so it was difficult to find a resolution. Beyond that little snag the stay was great and I would recommend booking here, just double check the amenities with the host.
