The house is in good shape and comfortable. The wifi was fast comcast, with the base router in this unit. There’s plenty of space and it was very easy to work from here. The neighborhood is quiet and kind of in the middle of nowhere, but if you go to the south there’s a small park and padestrian and bike paths that go all the way to Golden and downtown Denver. I enjoyed having convenient access to these trails.
