It was a 4 bedroom, 2 bath home that was really roomy, larger than expected. There were 3 adults and 2 children staying here and it was a great place to relax, it was quiet and peaceful. The owners were very quick to respond when the lock on the front door wouldn’t lock. They sent someone within the hour to replace the batteries. All in all we had a great visit and great place to relax.

Overall the stay was great. There was no mention of a lower level that they rented out. The people downstairs were very loud during the “quiet hours” and the noise carried throughout the house. The dishes all seemed to have water stains and not cleaned properly. The hosts were very responsive and had very simple instructions. The location was kinda hard to find. It was wedged in between 2 other properties.

Amazing stay. The home is almost ducked off from the public gaze, really peaceful & quiet. Home was more than enough space for us. The hosts were friendly, & proactive, making sure everything was up to par. Clean space. Would come back.

My response is based on the quality for the price. We paid $275/night, with taxes it was closer to $300. So near $1000 for a 3 night stay. For that much money, I am expecting a higher quality. The place was clean, but very minimal furnishings. Was it adequate? Yes. Again, my review is based on what we got for what we paid.

It appears to have been a beat up home that they tried to revive at minimal costs. Repaired walls don’t match paint color, towels are frayed on ends with strings dangling, minimal number of towels for size of place, window treatments did not fit windows.
Duvet was on bed with no insert & only one extra blanket in the whole place.
Bath tub did not have stopper, small children would not be able to take a bath.
Lots of games, but the game pieces were missing.

We stayed for thanksgiving and our entire family really enjoyed everything about this place. The host was always responsive, even during the holidays. The place was a great stay! The house was clean and stocked with whatever you need for a good stay. The hosts were quick to respond. The place can be a little tricky to find initially. Also, just be aware there are other guests (not sure if they’re residents it not) that live in the property basement and around the property as well. Overall, it was a nice stay.

However, AirSimplicity went above and beyond by changing our reservation to another location. Once we arrived, they were very timely in their communications and were very transparent and helpful to correct the issue.

This place is great if you have a larger group! Four bedrooms all with king size beds plus a large couch that could also be slept on. There were some games and books in the entry room that we used while we were there, as well as a full kitchen. This place had everything we needed!

We found the house to be very clean and comfortable and we enjoyed our stay. The property is definitely unique, having some commercial storage space in the back and other tenants on the premises. This is mentioned in the listing, but as there are no pictures of the outside, I was unsure what to expect. The outdoor area wasn’t ideal for us because our children weren’t really able to play outside, but it did not negatively impact our stay too much.

This apartment was exactly as described in the listing and reviews, clean and surprisingly spacious with king sized, comfortable beds. The kitchen had everything we needed and then some. The walkway up to the front door was large and nice; our kids really enjoyed being able to play out there and search for the rabbits that roam around the house. It's also close to lots of stores and restaurants.
The space is kind of loud in the sense that the floors squeak when someone is walking around anywhere in the house or flushing the toilets but nothing too bothersome. There were a couple of issues that arose during our stay and the hosts were quick to respond and resolve them.
Overall we were happy from the beginning of our trip until the end. Highly recommend for large groups!

Johns place is spacious for a large group of people. All bedrooms are private and have comfortable king sleepers which made for a great nights sleep. Have some coffee or even breakfast on the deck with plenty of outdoor furniture to sit on. Plenty of parking space on the private property.

This is a very nice cozy inviting place to stay at. With large bedrooms lots of sleeping space and a wonderful quaint kitchen with a large dining table for a large group to sit at. There were some board games and a guitar that were also fun and enjoyable for all. The place is very modern. The beds are clean and comfortable. I would absolutely recommend this place as well as stay there again.

The outdoor patio is a delightful place to bask under the sun and includes a grill, which we took advantage of as much as possible. The rooms and bathrooms were super clean. The only thing that could be improved is the central air. In some rooms the heat would blast and others the air conditioner would have us wrapping ourselves in our blankets like burritos. Other than that, it was a wonderful stay and equipped with all the necessities and more (hair dryer, dish washer, toaster, laundry washer and dryer, etc.)

Great place for a group! Very spacious, with 4 bedrooms, a large living room and dining area and nice back deck. The location was good, close to everywhere we wanted to go. Lots of room for parking as well. Kitchen was fully stocked. We made most of our meals here and had everything we needed. The host has wonderful and quick communication. He was very thoughtful and even purchased a pack n play for our toddler to sleep in while there. My only con is that the heating is a bit touchy. Two rooms were about ten degrees hotter than the rest of the house. Not a big deal once we figured that out and adjusted windows/blankets accordingly. Do note that there is another unit downstairs in the basement of the home. The entrances are completely separate, however we could hear them down there quite well throughout home. Overall great stay, wonderful value and an excellent host!!

Great house, plenty of space for my group of seven. Just some suggestions, the stove heats up slowly so give yourself a good 45 mins to get started cooking. Bring a few wash clothes, there were some but not enough for each person. Also, make sure you ask for a mop and broom to be left at the house in case you have a spill or need to sweep up. Otherwise enjoy!

We were extremely satisfied with our decision to stay at John’s place. The 4 king beds made it so that we each had enough space to stretch out and then some. The space is clean, stylish, and in a great location. 25 minutes from the airport, there is a dispensary a mile away, restaurants and grocery stores all around. We loved seeing the bunny hop around in the yard!! The only complaint we have is that the heater only worked in one of the rooms but there were space heaters around which made it okay. I definitely recommend this place for a big group or a family trip.

We went on a girls trip and I can’t say enough good things about this place! Host were super responsive to our questions and very welcoming! There are 4 king sized beds that you just melt into if you’re looking for some good sleep while you’re there. The home is completely remodeled upstairs and very clean! We loved the place and are already planning our next girls trip in the fall!

Only notes are that the couch in the front room was damaged and could only seat 1 comfortably, we ended up sitting on the floor. The heat was also not functioning for our stay, but luckily the weather was fairly warm so we didn't have too much of a problem.

We had a great time staying here while exploring Colorado it became our home for 4 days. The house looks just like the pictures and was comfortable for our party of 6. It was well stocked with supplies and appliances and if there was anything we needed, a Walmart was conveniently down the street. The location was great with many restaurants and stores nearby; it's also about 17 minutes to downtown Denver and 25 minutes to the airport. There were a few minor issues but the hosts responded quickly and were friendly throughout the whole process.

There were a couple of minor things that needed fixing. Otherwise the owners communicated very well and were accommodating when we had an emergency situation and needed a little later check out.

Had one person in our group of 10 adults show and book a nearby hotel just based on his first impression of the exterior only. He never set foot inside.
The rest of us were more agreeable, understanding we were there for a sporting event and the big, comfy beds.
It's a builder's grade, single story home that's been chopped up to make 4 bedrooms. That leaves the interior layout a bit odd.
Regardless, we chose this due to price, location and # beds. It worked for us as a temporary crash pad.

Spacious, clean, modern house with super comfy beds in a very central location. Whether Boulder or Colorado Springs, you are only an hour away. Very convenient location to get to downtown Denver as well.

This property provided our group opportunities to hang out together or be alone, it’s spacious including the bedrooms. Privacy and seclusion were fantastic, if that’s what you’re into this is the place for you.

This house has everything you will need to have a comfortable stay in Denver. Kitchen is fully stocked. Living room n bedrooms are very comfortable. It is about 20 minutes within everything you need or want. Dispensary is 1.6 miles from the house for anyone 420 friendly. I will definitely be back when I return to Denver.
