Enjoy comfort and convenience in our pet-friendly rustic duplex. This basement suite has 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, living area with Smart TV and an equipped kitchen. The true highlight of this home is the *shared* outdoor amenities, featuring a pergola with backwoods-style firepit and ping pong table in the garage. The upstairs unit is also available for guests to rent.
Enjoy nearby dining, shopping , with easy commutes via I 70. Make this your home base during your Denver stay!

The value for the price is highly recommended. The basement stay was great for 3 bedrooms and single bathroom. The hot tub was easy to use and nice after long days.
The beds themselves need to be checked as the frames may need to be put together upon arrival. The beds are of medium-low quality, however, the space and amenities match what we paid for. Definitely would pull out the heaters as the basement gets cold in the mornings and evenings.
The location was really close to many good eats, shops, or hopping on the highway to travel to surrounding cities.
As being a basement, we could hear those in the unit above and their dog. They kept our privacy well, however, we had to try to tune out the floor creaking above and the footsteps.
Overall, would recommend for the price point. The host provided good instructions, and we did not need to come in to person-person contact. It was a great place to stay!

The location was great and the hot tub was a wonderful amenity. The Airbnb worked well for my needs and felt clean. Admittedntly, I didn't read the other reviews so I was rather surprised how low the ceilings were and the electrical issues in the space. The lights flickered throughout the stay and sometimes turned completely off - we think the space was done DIY style. I also didn't realize the floor above was another Airbnb; I assumed the owners lived there. The other travelers arrived at 1am and stomped around which was extremely loud and startled me awake which was unfortunate.

Overall we had a very good time staying at this place. The owner was very responsive and helpful. We felt at home and at ease. I would definitely recommed but you have to take into consideration two things. One, the upper rooms are in control over your temperature as the lower suite doesn’t have access to the thermostat. Second, staying here can be extremely pleasant but that also depends on who is staying above you. Our last night was rough as the group above was loud and you downstairs can hear even the smallest whisper. Other than that, it was a solid 4.5 stars!

Wonderful response time with the unforeseen issues we had, they had roadwork we were unaware of so we had to park a block away for the weekend and went a half day with water shut off but they did make up for the inconvenience and it’s much appreciated, lower level is smaller than expected but worked great for our group light fixtures go on and off frequently and up stairs guests were quite noisy we could hear everything but they were also very nice I’m sure they could hear us as well outdoors is the golden nugget of this rental we loved it and they provided wood for the fire but we didn’t have access to the ping pong garage and none of the rooms had blackout curtains.

We loved the cool AC, three private bedrooms, though a few tiny maintenance issues would make it better. We loved that there was a comfy couch and tv and full kitchen and washer/dryer. Comfy beds-AC compressor is super loud outside one of the Bedrooms but given the heat I was willing to put up with it. There is a hot tub but the guests before us had thrown a raucous party…didn’t seem clean. We were early and had to wait outside for the cleaners to finish emptying the house of solo cups, recycling, and shot glasses and cleaning it up. I had hoped to put my car in the garage but the hosts use the garage to store recycling. They prefer guests to park on the street. We were able to negotiate keeping the car in the driveway which was great-brought our stuff inside to be safe. The neighborhood is okay but not super gentrified. This is not a house that anyone lives in -the hosts seem to be a group but they were responsive and the place worked for us!

Great outdoor space. Inside the unit was very roomy! They thought of every detail, and the space had all the comforts of home. The only advice I would give future guests is to bring warm clothing, because it can get very chilly in there… other than that, our stay was delightful.
